Tina helped my husband and I get into our first house in the very location we wanted. If Tina is anything she is COMPLETELY loyal to her clients and goes to bat for them; at least she did with us.
We met Tina by mere chance at an open house. We exchanged numbers and told her we weren’t ‘ready’ to purchase at that moment, but that we would be in a few months. We never felt pressured or harassed by her, yet she still kept us in the loop for possible deals. My husband works a high pressured job, so Tina would do some drive bys and walk through to some of the homes; just to see if it would meet my husbands HIGH and LONG demands. In doing so, we didn’t always have to drive out 20 – 30 minutes for each possible lead. Talk about patient! Tina, was just that.
We liked her energy, which is high. But, we mostly trusted her honesty. She didn’t flip when we kept saying no to homes, nor gave up when we lost several homes to other offers. It took a while to find our home, but it we did find it and couldn’t be more pleased. She is strict on the paperwork, but as a buyer you want your agent to be thorough!!!
Tina knows her real estate folks. I highly recommend her.

Tina is definitely unlike other Realtors. She engrosses herself in education weekly (which exceeds the broker minimum for continuing education). As you read this review, I may seem biased and even promoting Tina Weinstein. You would be correct. As a home inspector, I am less-​than-​satisfied with some questionable representation of my clients. Not so with Tina. No regrets. Call her because she is the Realtor you hope for.
