About a week ago, Dan helped me set up my new iphone – both he and the manager could not have been more personable and helpful. They gave me information on ATT Uverse and gave me a CRAZYGOOD deal.(They quoted me a great rate, and then Dan texted me later to let me know he actually got the rate EVENLOWER!) I am now saving over $ 80/month by switching from Time Warner. Most of all, just the customer service could not have been any better. I usually dread going into any wireless store, because it’s usually a huge hassle – long waits, dealing with people who don’t care, and then being bombarded by hard sales pitches. Not here – Dan was an absolute delight, and I would definitely go back to him in the future. Well done, guys! Thank you so much!

Dannie helped me a lot. Was very friendly and patient. I had a mix up in my account and so he figured it out patiently. I had to come back for an iPhone matter, Dannie was there too. Same dannie. Helpful and patient. I have to say that Tim was the one who made it all very easy and fast. Tim is a manager. Very nice one with a great young energy. Highly recommended store! Very clean and organized. Small with what ever you need!

I went there last night to switch over from Verizon. After a brief wait, lots of people and 4 staff working, salesperson«Mont» helped me. Super helpful, was able to change my iPhone 5 over to T-Mobile. He clearly explained everything and got me signed up. What a great experience compared to my Verizon experience from 2+ years ago! Highly recommended.

So I went in to this store today to get my iPhone 6. I got there around 7:15am they open at 8am today for the release of the iPhone. There was about 8 people or so in front of me. At about 10 till 8am They came out giving water, Gatorade and even fresh doughnuts! I was surprised on how nice and professional they were. The manager I forgot his name but he was very knowledgeable about everything. Everything went great and smooth and I got my iPhone 664gb: D So thanks again to the tmobile team here at the oaks! You guys rock! :)

I’ve tried 2 times now to see about switching over from Verizon. Both times the wait for service was unbearable. This last time a Saturday, they only had two employees on the floor. Really? on a Saturday after 10am? The employees didn’t seem to care that people were waiting and would prefer to be doing something other than stand in a cell phone store the whole weekend, no they just kept shooting the s**t with who they were helping talking about everything under the sun instead of getting through the sale and on to the next customer. Sorry T-Mobile, I tried to give you my business, but you have a lot to learn from Verizon when it comes to customer service and if my experience from the get go was this bad I can only imagine what being a customer would be like. Laters.
