This review is probably a little overdue. About six months ago I visited Lilia from the Pasadena and Thousand Oaks store, needing a storage/​cocktail ottoman. After searching high and low at furniture stores and online without success, I decided to look into a custom design. I gave her the dimensions I wanted, other specifications, and chose from a wide selection of fabrics. I found exactly the fabric that I pictured in my mind.
After it was built, I picked it up from the store, brought it home, and unwrapped it. It was gorgeous, but something did not look right. I suddenly realized it had no storage!
I called Lilia, and she addressed it immediately without hesitation. No problem. A few days later, I picked up another ottoman that was perfect. It is beautiful.

Our dream sofa was delivered yesterday, punctual and perfect, and it surpasses our expectations for both quality and beauty. When my husband and I wandered into Sofas You Love in the guise of exploration, we never expected to actually purchase anything. However Eugene was so accommodating, knowledgeable and professional we surprised ourselves with our subsequent clearcut intention to purchase from this company. We had very specific configuration, measurement and delivery requirements for our white slip covered sectional and all of them were met efficiently and without delay as promised, literally a mere three weeks from order to white glove delivery. Our beautiful L shaped sectional has transformed our media room with its casual yet elegant beauty and plush inviting comfort. Could not be happier with our purchase. Note that your custom sofa will be built approximately 24 hours prior to delivery. As fresh as it gets. Sofalicious !

Sofas u love is the only place I would ever buy a sofa. They are very helpful and intent on making the customer happy. We had several changes we wanted to make after our order was completed and they were so friendly in helping us get the perfect sofa! Everyone including the great delivery man was a real pleasure to deal with. We have used this Thousand Oaks store twice and will be back when anyone in our family needs a sofa.

I have to say that working with Alina and Sofa you Love in Thousand Oaks was the best furniture experience I have ever had. She made is fun and easy for me at a time when I was very stressed out over many other things. I needed this to be smooth and easy and it was! We love our new sofa and the crème colored chenile fabric is gorgeous with the charcoal pipeing. I’ve already ordered two more pillows from them ! Can’t wait til they get here! Should be soon, cause their turn around time was less than 3 weeks to make our perfect sofa! Just great customer service. I highly recommend this company and Alina in particular!

We purchased a sofa from the Thousand Oaks store after searching all the furniture stores from Agoura to Ventura. And could not be happier. The sofa is practical, comfortable, and unique in design. The price might seem a bit higher tahn other places, but worth every penny three time fold. Love this place for its unique custom designs for an affordable price. I’d be surprised if you find something simillar anywhere alse. The customer service is also great. At this store you get a great personal service from Staci. She helped us to find the right sofa that fits our living room that we could afford. I will not shop for furniture anywhere else. This is my furniture store for life.

Staci is such a good person she really worked with me and was concearned about my needs. She’s a mom with a family and understands how that factors in.
Sofa u Love is lucky they have her and I’m sure that’s why they hired her. So go in and see her you won’t be disappointed and if you have kids slip covers are the only way to go, you can’t stick a sofa in your machine but you can put slip covers. Sofa U Love made me 4 absolutely gorgeous custom made dining room chairs! they were exactly how I pictured them! This is the place to go if you want friendly service and people who have the right design eye to create a beautiful piece of furniture! Their store is very light and bright with endless fabric options! I am going back to them for my bedroom headboard next!
