Free Flow Raingutter

With the upcoming FLOODS coming, I started way too late searching for a rain gutter company. I narrowed my search to just a few but when I called, all said «not until after the first of the year» and that was if they answered the phone at all! Some just said automatically, TOO BUSY TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE… call back in a couple of months! THEN on a whim I called Lowe’s to see what they would say. A nice man returned my call for a quote saying, yes they were very busy BUT they worked with a man named JACO with FREE FLOW… WOW, he was one of my choices! Lowe’s said they had been working with him for 4 years and he did quality work. Because he was so busy, the estimator from Lowe’s comes to give the quote and take the measurements then Jaco and helper would show up to stamp out the seamless gutters and install. Their time line was still the first week of January but in the middle of December I got a call from Jaco saying he was picking up speed and could come in a few days! They did excellent work and were neat. They even had to figure out how to attach a stretch of gutter on a fascia board that the builder of the back house had screwed up! I tried to give kudos to Lowe’s when they followed up but couldn’t get through… so here is my review!

After calling many different companies and getting no response, I called Free Flow Raingutter and they responded the following day. Jaco and his assistant David came over to fix a rain gutter that was detaching from the side of the house. They were professional, friendly and very reasonable. They even cleaned out some leaves from a different section of the gutter at no extra charge. I had a question after they left, and Jaco returned my call immediately. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are super fast, affordable, and highly professional. A gutter had fallen off the side of my house, and I was having a hard time finding someone to repair it. I had called about 8 different companies. The handymen that actually responded wouldn’t do it because it was on the 2^nd story, and other roofing/​gutter companies had either given me outrageous quotes or said it was too small a project. Jaco answered the phone and came the same day for an estimate. He and his associate rolled in, took a quick look, and gave me a very reasonable quote. He then left to get a few parts, came back, and fixed it on the spot. At no extra charge he also cleared out the clogged drain pipe that had apparently caused the issue — the gutter had filled with water and had gotten too heavy for the screws. Within about 10 minutes, my problem went from a big question mark to solved. He gave me the receipt and his card, and I’m definitely keeping their info for the next time.
