This is the rudest branch. Not to mention over a year ago I had to come to the aid of a young women that almost got robbed in broad day light at the ATM here. They still have not added any security. If you can avoid this branch please do. Every other Chase Branch I have been to I always have received excellent customer service. Avoid this awful unsafe branch.

It’s never super busy.
There is plenty of parking around. Even with Starbucks next door
Friendly tellers.
ATM is in the lobby for after hour use.

Chase bank has a comfy environment and friendly staff. When you come in you feel good and the refreshments are great. This is what I call a good bank you can trust.

Thousand Oaks, CA
This Chase branch opened last year, and it’s alright as far as banks go. The employees are always courteous and quick with service. One cool thing about this location is that even when the bank is closed, you can still use the ATMs inside by swiping your debit card through a slot by the entrance. I definitely want to try it one day and see if it actually works. All in all, it’s a nice location in the Oakbrook Plaza, but it’s nothing special.
