Very simple hotel. Very clean. Friendliest hotel staff I have ever been waited on by. It has everything you need in a place to sleep. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean room, fridge and TV. We had a problem with the TV. We reported it in the way out and it was fixed before we were back from the game. Yes, it’s a bit remote, but it’s perfect for that weekend. Anything close to Philly was much more expensive. So even taking into account the cab ride to the Linc was a bit pricey, it was still a nice room for much cheaper.

The good: There are not many options for hotels in SJ and this was one was the most convenient for my visit. The hotel was clean, the staff pleasant, and it was reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was a traditional american breakfast with eggs, sausage and potatoes as well as waffles, bagels, etc. The Bad: On the downside, their only multi-bed option was 2 doubles when most hotels offer two queens. I was traveling with my two teenage boys and they had to share a double as there really is not enough room for a cot, nor would that likely be a better option for comfort. The mattresses were very firm and of poor quality, very lightweight and«springy». The blanket is little more than a glorified sheet. Bathroom was recently remodeled but there was no complimentary shampoo/conditioner. Not much water pressure but it all fairness, it is hard to find a moderately priced hotel with decent water pressure. Locale: There is nothing nearby. You stay here because you are on your way to someplace better and too tired to drive further, or you are visiting friends and relatives in SJ. Suggestions to hotel: Offer 2 queens per room… beds that is. Have better quality mattress and a legit blanket.

I have stayed at so many Best Westerns that I am Platinum for life. I was very disappointed in this location. First off the room did not have the basic soap, shampoo, etc. The toilet paper was at the end of the roll, too. There were plenty of coffee cups, but only one plastic cup. When I came back from work, the refrigerator was unplugged and my food had warmed up. The room heater stopped working and I woke up because I was freezing. To top it all off, there are no restaurants or grocery stores around. You have to drive a few miles to get to some restaurants. Don’t even think about hitting the bar for a few drinks. It’s way to far to walk or drive.
