Troy and Joy and there staff are great. I love coming into this establishment. You get treated like a person not a sale. I have purchased my wife’s engagement there then returned for our wedding bands. They are very personal and friendly. I sometimes purchase a piece of jewelry elsewhere I bring it into Thollot for alterations and I ask Troy what he thinks if I paid a good price and the quality of the piece and he is always honest about it. Absolutely the most amazing jewelers around. Being new to the area, I was so skeptical of taking my wedding ring to anyone BUT Thollot has exceeded all my expectations. I have been there multiple times since my first experiance and they continue to amaze me. Today I went in to pick up a ring I had resized and asked them to clean my other rings while I was there… 10 minutes later I received my clean shiny rings which were polished in addition to cleaned as the jeweler was not happy with how it cleaned in just the original cleaner. Amazing customer service. Fabulous friendly helpful knowledgeable people. Love the small town feeling of this jeweler. Don’t look anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. We had our vintage wedding set sized and reconditioned and even though its more than 50 years old it looks brand new. Work was reasonably priced and completed in a timely fashion. We’ll be back for sure.

My fiancée and I stopped in today to get speed bumps added to my engagement ring. The customer service was EXCELLENT, pricing for express service was very fair and we were in and out in about 20 minutes! We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs or purchases!

We can not express how wonderful all of our experiences have been with this company. My lovely wife lost her wedding band 15 years ago. We were doing some flower planting in our front yard and upon pushing a shovel into the ground, for the first time, I found her ring. It had been there for 15 years! We took it to our jeweler who cleaned it and resized it for the best of prices. They are personable, understanding, and very reasonably priced. We have returned many times with our needs for repairs to repair other jewelry and will continue to do so for many years to come. Thank you!

NOT HERE. I was treated with the utmost respect never pressured to buy anything. I left with a beautiful ring that I never even looked at under the microscope. I did not need to. when people who take that kind of pride in selling you something you know it .
I looked online when I got home and got a great deal and could not be happier !!

When my now-​husband (George) and I started talking about engagement, I was worried about the ring thing, because I’m picky, and, let’s face it, if I’m going to wear this ring on my finer for the rest of my life, it has to be perfect! With that in mind, I knew I wanted to be part of the picking process, but I also wanted the moment of surprise when he proposed… what a pickle. Enter Thollot’s Diamonds and Fine Jewelry.
George and I went in «just to look»… we had been planning on going a bunch of places so I could try stuff on and George could get a feel for my taste. That way, we figured, he’d be able to pick something out that I would like.
We didn’t go another place after Thollot’s. We went in and were greeted by Joy, who instantly sat us down and taught us everything we needed to know about diamond shopping. We could tell that she genuinely wanted us to get a great diamond, even if we didn’t purchase it with them. We even got to see a diamond under a microscope, which was super cool. After our thorough education, we were joined by Troy, and started trying on rings. Troy is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and instantly picked up on what I liked and didn’t like. I could tell that he was watching my face and seeing which details made me really light up. Troy suggested that since I wanted to be surprised, George should come back without me another time and Troy would help him design a ring just for me… one with all the elements that had made me light up.
George took his advice and went back without me when he was ready to purchase. Troy had several options already ready for George to think about when he got there. And Troy was spot on. Although I didn’t see the other options, the ring Troy suggested (and that George picked) is PERFECT. I love it. It’s so very… me.
Since then, we’ve done all our fine jewelry shopping and repairs there. And I refer every single friend who’s starting to talk about engagement!

These guys do awesome work! My husband bought my engagement ring there and since then it’s where all my jewelry has come from. When I couldn’t find just the right wedding band, they created it. Very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and you will never feel like they’re trying to rip you off.

I have going to Thollot Jewelers almost since they opened. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I’ve learned a lot about stones and jewelry during discussions with Troy and Glenn. I have purchased many things, had repairs done and had custom jewelry designed and made there. My favorite piece is a memorial pendant for my Dad that Glenn designed. It’s of Long’s Peak, which is where Dad’s ashes were scattered. It rarely leaves my neck. Not only do I totally trust them with my most prized possessions but I’ve referred many people there. All have been very pleased. I feel that they are part of the family.

This jeweler has recently moved to 104^th and Colorado across from the Albertsons. I have come here often to get watch batteries replaced, bands repaired and also have sold some gold. However, they have a wonderful selection of fine diamonds and jewelry. Recently, my husband shattered the crystal to his watch. It was not an expensive watch but sentimental, and he wanted it repaired. I took it to Thollot, and Diane was so nice. She took great care of us and sent it out to be fixed. They treated my watch as though it were an expensive piece and gave great care to getting it repaired. She kept me updated every step of the way. It came back perfect, and we could not have been happier. Great service here. Many thanks to Diane. This place is really a class act! My dear friend has a very unique, vintage bracelet that she inherited from her late mother and cherishes above all else and so needless to say we both wer devastated when it broke and needed to be soldered. I took it to have it repaired as a surprise for my friend but usual jeweler was unable to make the repair and referred me to Thollot. The store is beautiful, the staff is lovely to work with and they really know their stuff. They assured me the bracelet would be well cared for after I explained its importance and a day early from the promised date (3 days after drop off), the bracelet was repaired and you could not even see where the damage was. They also cleaned it and checked the structural integrity of the stones and other joints all for $ 30! Five star quality repair at a 5 star jewelry store for only $ 30? Absolutely amazing! Even I as the customer would have valued such a difficult and perfectly done jewelry repair at much more!
Last but certainly not least, they followed it up promptly with a beautiful, hand written thank you card mailed to my home!!!
