At first glance, the apartment didn’t seem promising when compared to other«newer» apartment complex. However, the pricing was what sold us. And in the end, it turned out to be the best decision my husband and I made. First, the location of this apartment is so convenient! There is a Walmart, Starbucks, HomeDepot, Gordmans, Good Will, Furniture Warehouse, Chinese restaurant, Christian Bookstore, and more that is literally a walk away. Since the beginning of 2016, the apartment complex has been under wonderful improvement renovations(internally and externally). The maintenance crew, especially Kelly(head of maintenance), has really made a great turn-over for this place. His persistence, friendly approach and his wide knowledge of handy-man skills have been offered to us with no hassle. A couple of things he fixed diligently in our apartment was our closet slider and AC. Recently, the maintenance crew fixed the pool area. Now the pool and spa work this summer for all residency to enjoy. The flowers are blooming and the grass is literally greener on this side of town. With the price, location, friendly and helpful staff, and improvement renovations, my family and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to live in the Quail Ridge Green Leaf Apartments.

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and I will be leaving at the end of my lease. I actually don’t mind the apartment itself. It’s not brand-new granite and stainless steel. Expect early 1980s and you won’t be disappointed. Square footage is good and everything in my place was generally in working order. Also keep in mind that you are in Thornton(interpret that as you will). That said, for what you get, the rent is becoming ridiculous. I have a 2BR/1BR, which was about $ 1150/month in 2014. Even then, I thought it was a bit high for the age and location. Now, in 2016, my rent is increasing to nearly $ 1400. No thanks. I’ll be moving to a more desirable location for less money. Leasing office staff, maintenance, and management have also gone downhill considerably over the last 2 years with the switch to Green Leaf. Sue and Mario were awesome when I moved in. I couldn’t even tell you the names of anyone now, and only expect a response from them when it is in their favor to do so. If you need something from them, they will just ignore you.

I lived in the Quailridge Apts for over 2 years but moved out during the summer. I loved how the rent was split pay so you could pay ½ rent on the first and the other ½ on the 15th. My biggest complaint is the jacuzzi never worked! Ok, I used it maybe 3 xs in 2 years but it was almost always broken or when it worked it was dirty water and nasty. The fitness gym machines didn’t work either. The location is great and getting a carport is wonderful. I left because rent was over $ 1200 for 2 bd-2 bth and I initially moved in because of the location and 24 hour jacuzzi. But didn’t feel worth it with no gym nor working jacuzzi.

Never live here. Apartments are old. Owner let’s phone ring and go to voicemail. They do not care about their tenants.
