Always love stopping in here! So many things to look at. Higher end furniture, well priced kitchen and bath. Great value and great quality items. If you are. looking for different food items you’ll most likely find them here.

I love this store because they carry so many unique items that I cannot find in most brick and morter stores. I just bought the cutest airtight spice jars with red lids to match my kitchen. I couldn’t find these anywhere. The prices are anywhere from $ to $$. This store reminds me of a Pier One but with more unique finds. They have anything from that international spice or snack to pots and pans to home furnishings. They even sell Veggemite here which I can’t find in Whole Foods.

I stopped in this Cost Plus World Market recently, as I had never been inside, and heard through the grapevine that there was a little food and beverage market inside. The store was huge, with a large variety of housewares and furniture, pretty similar to something you’d see at Pier One. Gotta say that the market inside definitely stocked items that you just can’t get in regular supermarkets, particularly imports from Great Britain and Australia. I was able to locate Bundaberg Ginger Beer, Arnott’s Tim Tam biscuits(although their particular packaging line with Cost Plus locations in the US brands them simply as «Originals»), and a few Australian Cadbury milk bars(yes, there’s a HUGE difference between them and the US divisions!) In the past, I’ve only been able to acquire these items from an import supermarket in California, where the upcharges between import taxes and shipping have been phenomenal. Of course, the pricing isn’t Wal Mart or Target style, but signing up for a rewards card and getting 10% off my first purchases was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend.

For now its a 3 stars, coz certain items they charged can be higher than KS, TARGET or even WALMART. *SIGH* We came here since we need to run some errands in this part of Neighborhood. Furthermore I am checking out the stuffs that they sell, be it for future Birthday Gifts Ideas or Xmas shopping what nots. The parking space is WAY better than the ones located along Colorado Blvd. Yes they have different items from different countries. but I stick to their own personal brand. aka WORLDMARKET. Yes, they do offer deals what nots, but those deals ARENOT Calling my name at that moment. All in all Decent Cost Plus World Market. This recent visit was on Saturday August 2nd2014. Time was about 18:09hrs. I am curious about the Curry Noodles that this store has to offer. Well that was what it was printed in the receipt. It was $ 2.49! Tasted similar to the other BRAND that my Mum always bring along when she come to Colorado from Singapore for a visit. But with one bowl it cost ALOTMORE expensive for my personal taste bud. *SIGH* For $ 2.50 at least I can have 3BOWLS of that Curry Noodles that tasted just like LAKSA!!! However, I cannot deny I prefer the World Market Blackberry Pomegranate Soda, which tasted WAY better than the ones, Hubs got it from Trader Joe’s This Cost Plus World Market opening hours are as following : * Monday — Friday: 10am — 9pm * Saturday: 9am — 9pm * Sunday: 10am — 7pm COSTPLUSWORLDMARKET(THORNTON) 911 E. 120th Avenue Thornton, CO80233 Tel:(303)-254−4036 @150/2014

They have lots of super cute furniture here! If I could afford the prices, I would buy all of it! In case anyone is looking, I saw last week there was an L-shaped sectional sofa that was $ 999. It seemed better quality than the L-sectional we purchased from a different furniture store for $ 550. I liked all the varieties of tea and candy here. A lot of them are from different countries. So if you traveled to Europe once upon a time and fell in love with a chocolate but can’t seem to find it in the U.S., try looking at World Market. Tip: look at the sale/clearance section of the store. It’s in the back corner of the building and sometimes you can find good deals there.

I LOVE this place! It’s a total smörgåsbord of randomness… Where else can you buy a random assortment of ethnic food items, cushions, linens, lamps, gifts, cutlery, soaps, jewelry, dishes, furniture, décor, art and candy? I can spend hours(& drop some serious coin) in this store.(Much to my husbands chagrin). What I always come in for, however, is the chocolate. I can’t find my chocolate anywhere in Colorado but here! They stock my mint aeros, coffee crisp, maltesers, violet crumble and assorted kinder animals here. I wish they carried smarties(chocolate nestle smarties…) But they don’t. They do carry buttons(close… but they’re not smarties!) If you haven’t tried any of these chocolates, well, then you are missing out– go out and get some!!! I’m so glad that they carry them here, I’m so homesick sometimes– so being able to get to these ‘hard to find’ reminders of home really help! They also stock lovely pantry must haves like Marmite and devonshire cream and they also carry an assortment of Harvey and Sons drink mixes. The mint mojito mix is fabulous! I also love the wonderful assortment of unique dishes and cutlery. Much of their décor/furniture items have strong Asian/Indian influences… I’m a fan of their scarves jewelry and accessories mostly because they are fun, beautiful and are all quite reasonable in price. Such a fabulous place to pick up presents for friends, its a great place to pick up hostess gifts! They carry lots of unique one of a kind items that you’d find in an exotic bazaar… The quality of the furniture can be hit or miss but they do carry a lot of wonderful items that are of pretty decent quality– love the tables! This is one of my favorite places to shop– they always have new stuff coming in. Service is always top notch, everyone is always so helpful! I’ve also accidentally broken a plate here once(felt horrible) but the staff were so understanding… I really love this store! I really recommend this shop to anyone looking for that unique gift for that special someone who is difficult to shop for!

I love this store! Their furniture is pretty decent, pillows so bright and have home décor for every room inside and out. The staff is really nice and usually give the coupon that is current. I like getting their flavored scone, pancake and waffle mixes. Their huge bottle of olive oil is great deal. If you need any candy, decorations or food for any holiday they will have it. But really I just go for those ginger snaps that come in a tin. Different color tin for the season. And for Christmas it’s double the size. The regular size tin is $ 8. I know $ 8 for cookies? No seriously get the snaps and try to not eat them all.

I’ve always been a fan of World Market. You can always find a good gift or a tasty treat there. This location is well maintained with very friendly staff and well stocked shelves. The seasonal displays are always fun and the prices are clearly marked. It’s in a great location, right next to a Michael’s, Target Superstore, and Sunflower Market.

This is just a gem of a store in Thorton, in a well maintained mall with lots of parking. I use to go to Pier 1 but this place makes me feel that it is OK to just look and it’s ok to sit on the chairs and take your time. Maybe it is the friendly staff. I was greeted and then left alone to browse. Yet they were right there if I had a question. There is merchandise from all over-lovely furniture I really appreciate and I fell in love with the draperies and pillows selection. My last visit I got some itallian soda, some jewelry and a new, very stylish purse. I didn’t think it was that expensive. I had been scoping out a purse for months and had a love at first site experience with this one. It’s not a cheap store and some things seem really high end. It is better to go with coupons. But it’s great to go and if you browse or know what you want, it’s a wonderful experience. I am definitely a fan of World market!

So, for some reason I had not come across a Cost Plus in Colorado, although it was one of my favorite stores in California. Apparently I was just not looking in the right places. This one in Thornton is great, with the exception of just a few little picky things. I love that this is right off the freeway and there is tons of parking. I would drive up to Thornton rather than just up the street to Cherry Creek any day for these reasons. I went in for some cushions for my patio furniture. I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for(seat cushions for wicker chairs and a wicker loveseat). I guess I should have been more specific. The only wicker loveseat cushion they had was indoor. Now, maybe I’m crazy, but when was the last time you saw wicker furniture indoors??? So, that was frustrating. And, the outdoor chair cushions were not the same pattern, nor did they remotely match any of the colors. Boo. I bought the loveseat cushion thinking I would scotchguard it, but ended up returning it after finding what I wanted at Lowe’s. Unfortunately, due to the CO blue laws, since Cost Plus is a chain, this location cannot sell alcohol. Cost Plus is know for their fantastic selection of unique, inexpensive wines and fun international beers. But, only the Cherry Creek location is allowed to sell these :( However, this location does have a fantastic imported foods selection. I was particularly impressed by the indian food ingredients and pre-made curries. I picked up some paneer curry that you literally heat up in the microwave and add your own animals and rice and you’re done. Yum!!! I also picked up some«Nostalgic Pop» here. Anyone remember Bubble Up & Double Cola? Very fun addition to a bbq. So, I will definitely be back for the imported grub and great selection of home décor. If you dig elephants or girafes, this is place for you :)
