Really not sure why this place has so many stars I’ve been to quite a few boot barn’s and it appears they’re all run by children are people that are just now leaving high school the management is very very young very green very unaware of what’s expected of him the stores are sparse the sizing is poor they don’t have full runs of any clothing or four runs of any boots and the stores are tiny bordering on apartment size to make it even more dangerous they’re buying larger western wear stores and killing this precious market boot barn grow a pair highroller confident managers pay your people what they’re worth

I gotta hand it to this store. I felt very welcomed here and was helped very well by the staff here. I’ve visited a few Boot Barns in California for various reasons and over there, where there are Asians everywhere, I got kind of a strange vibe as if I didn’t belong there. But at this Thornton, Colorado location, where the area seems to be largely devoid of Asians, I felt very comfortable.
Excellent service by the staff. And excellent selection of hats! Thank you guys!

Outstanding Manager. I could not find a pair of jeans that fit the way I like. The manager selected several pairs and even measured them to see how I liked them. The personal touch all the employees give, with the outstanding customer service and devotion to the customer is evident from the moment you walk in. I had to return to Boot Barn when to return some things due to size issues, she exchanged them, was very happy to give us store credit and was so accommodating I was amazed.
I will return to this store and recommend anyone wanting a good selection of western/​work wear for either going out on the town, or going to work, go to this Boot Barn, they know their stuff. Also the young man Stetson who did my hat shaping was talented, fast, and very good! Great Job Thornton Boot Barn!
