The Buckle

I’ve purchased three pair of Salvage Jeans from Buckle in the past eight months. Fit & Form, I love them. However (and this is the kicker); ALL THREE PAIR HAVE TORN IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT along the inseam. This isn’t an issue of seams, or failed stitching; this is an issue where the fabric has catastrophically failed, an issue of POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP! When I pay $ 100 for a pair of pants, I demand quality befitting of the cost. Shoddy craftsmanship is entirely unacceptable. A complete waste of money, and horribly embarrassing.

They never ever seem to have my husband’s size in the jeans he wants cause it’s a popular size… meaning they should carry more. It’s not rocket science. When we asked one of the workers if they had more in the back, they didn’t but she tried to find one of similar style. The problem was it was 50 shades darker than the ones my husband was holding. The reason he had those in his hand is because he liked the style AND color. I don’t know why they suggest something completely different. We didn’t have time to get the ones he wanted shipped before we went back overseas either. I also see they still have those ridiculously heavy mannequins not affixed to the table… the same kind that almost killed my daughter when it fell off the table even though I wrote corporate about it. I suggest Buckle changes the way they do business cause until they do, they won’t get mine.

Great Service. I went to the mall to do my once every 3 yr load-​up of new jeans. I went to JCP and Macy’s where their employees were more concerned about talking to each other than customers. I just walked out on both then I found the Buckle. Within 2 – 3 minutes of looking, sales girl (Jordan) approached me, answered questions and got me into a dressing room to load up with jeans to try on. Very friendly staff. Very helpful and she kept bringing me more stuff until i had everything i needed. I was all done within 30 minutes and had my day’s shopping done. I was pleasantly surprised with the crew that works there. Must be good training and good management leading that team of talent.
I will return.

Wow major sensory overload! They must have just received a couple semi trucks full of inventory. The store had jeans, tops and jackets piled high everywhere. The walls were covered with tops, each one different than the other.
Buckle carries the latest upscale designer jeans for junior/​ladies and men. Plus the selection is much larger per each designer than Dillard’s, Macy’s etc. They carry itty bitty sizes (22 waist) to size 17 in juniors/​ladies. I noticed availability of 4 inseam sizes and the option of skinny, regular or boot cut leg for the junior/​ladies jeans. They do free alterations on the jeans or they will ship your size to your house if they don’t have it in stock.
Not sure about the men’s sizes but you’re guaranteed a hefty selection of styles.
I’ve shopped here many times and have always found something I Needed! Lol.
The staff is always helpful. You’ll need their help too because the volume of inventory seems to always be overwhelming for the store size.
