Yu Jocelyn E DDS

Took my daughter here for her first dentist appointment ever. The staff are very friendly as well as the nurses. Dr. Yu is great with kids! My daughter is three years old but very strong and they had to stop many time during her teeth cleaning since my daughter was pushing the Dr’s hands away from her mouth. Dr. Yu was very patient and explained the follow up procedures that must be done for my daughter; they found a few cavities :(
The staff explained the amount that he insurance co would cover and how much my out of pocket money would be and printed a copy for me to review. I called back the office so many times with questions but the nurse and the staff were happy to explain the details! So worried about the follow up procedures but Dr. Yu and the staff listened to my concerns and tried to ease my worries. Very professional and friendly! Can’t expect more from these wonderful people!

She’s taken care of my son’s needs. She’s answered my concerns as well. Squeezed us in for a pulling. I am grateful. Thanks for answering our call outside of business hours.
