This place is not too bad, especially if you are in a transition and in need of a place for a while. More than a motel it is like a small studio apartment. The place is not very clean you might have to clean up a little bit first. I stayed for a week when I first moved to Texas, until I found a room to rent. The room has TV, WiFi microwave and stove/oven but it doesn’t have sheets, pillows, blankets or any of the kitchen utensils or pots etc. Location is very convenient right by the highway and 4 – 5 miles to Frisco. There s a Wal-Mart very close by if you didn’t bring your sheets like me. The price was 870 $/month when I stayed this month and you pay little more if you book weekly instead of monthly. There is a pool and coin laundry in the complex. I didn’t have any bad experience but I didn’t feel very safe either, there are some families and also some very low profile people who don’t have a stable life probably… So the four stars don’t mean that this is a four star hotel but it met my expectations very well. If I stay in the same situation I d consider staying here again.

I have lived here for a while and the only complaints I have so far would be the community and some times the office employees. Community: Noisy kids, depending on what building you live in. Try to stay away from building C and D at all costs because this is known as kids alley. It seems the parents are careless with what their kids do as long as they are not inside bothering them. I use to live in building C and these kids would run up and down the stairs nonstop and run back and forth on the balcony all day screaming at the top of their lungs. Complaining does nothing so I eventually moved to another building. Employees: This is a hit or miss. If you complain to the wrong employee they will usually do nothing depending on the level of the situation. That also goes with the wrong manager as well. And if you order something in the mail to have it delivered it always has to go through the office first before it falls in your hands. This is where a problem has occurred before. I ordered a package that was suppose to be in my possession on a certain day and I never received it. I asked the employees in the office about it and they said they never received it. I looked online and UPS said they had it signed for by some guy in the office which I already spoke with about this. I called the office up again and stated what UPS said. The guy said that was his name and that he would look for it again. Well apparently it was not there still even though he signed for it. What a joke! Apparently either him or someone else in the office gave my package to someone else and I was left with nothing because of their poor mistake that affected me. Well fortunately the website I ordered the package from refunded me the money from the lost package I never received. So the moral of this story is be careful with some of the staff here. Some are okay while the others could care less.
