I wouldn’t even give them a star but I have to in order to write something. I ordered one pizza and was told it would be 30 minutes but it took an hour and half. How hard is it to read an address correctly and use a GPS. They also tried to say they called the number I gave them and no one answered, which isn’t true because that is always picked since it’s a doctors office

My order has taken over an hour to get to me. I called twice to find out if my order is already on its way and I have been promised and lied to twice that the driver already has left with my order. It’s 8:08 pm and I do not have my pizza yet… I have kids who need to take their antibiotics in time and they cannot even give me the courtesy to let me know my pizza was still sitting there when I called the first time at 7:30. Should they have been honest with me, I could make that trip and pick it up myself. And no, contrary to the manager’s abrupt solution I am not looking for a free pizza. The quality of cutomer service has clearly deteriorated. This is so disappointing since I’ve been a long time customer.

I always order from this place, driver is always nice and most of the time punctual. Make sure to specify between the Italian sub and the Italian sausage & peppers sub, other than that the pizza was great.
