Wingstop

Love Wingstop. Lemon pepper is the best! Try with a side of hot sauce yummy. This Wingstop is always clean & friendly. Call in orders all the time.

It’s ok, nothing to write home about! The French fries were cold and over-​salted and I could only eat a few of them. The prices are high for what you get.

We were passing through Texarkana on our way to Dallas and stopped at this wingstop for a late lunch, and I must say it was the worst dining experience we have had in a long time. We ordered food for 5 people at the front counter, the front desk sales person, or maybe the manager, JoJo took our order and wrote it down on a notepad, the cashier rung it up we paid, and we go sit on a table. 30 mins in and we are still waiting, in the mean time several customers who came in after us got their orders. I thought the other customers had called in their orders so they were already prepared. But my wife walks up to the front desk and asked why our order is so late and the cashier tells us they gave our order to someone else by mistake and they are working on our order now, it should be out in 7 mins. Which is rather surprising because we were the only party of five in the restaurant. Then a few minutes later JoJo comes by our desk says they forgot to put our order in the queue so they are working on it now. Another 20 minutes go by and still no wings, so I walk up to the front desk, and visibly agitated, that’s when the cashier tells me JoJo never put our order in the kitchen, she left the order on the front desk and promptly goes off shift. So after complaining twice they put our order in the kitchen but at the end of the current queue (which we found out later). We were travelling so if we left at that point we would have to go to a new restaurant and then order again, so we decided to stick around. I am a small business man myself and if my staff treated my customers this way they would be given their marching orders on the spot. Forgetting to put a customers order in the kitchen queue once can be excused as human error, but forgetting it twice and then finally putting it at the end of the queue the third time is inexcusable.

This is my daughter’s go to comfort food. As a teenager for her it is a must have. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love that they remember your name and preferences and now have it ready when I get there to pick it up and take it to her at school. She is seriously addicted. Best wings in t town by far

Service was helpful with explaining how wings were prepared (food @lleriges) and food was quick!

Great Service and Great Food

This is the absolute best Wingstop I have ever visited and most likely the best one on the planet! I feel I can say this with utmost confidence as I have been to WingStops across the country: Nevada, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama etc… (If it’s not obvious, WingStop is one of my fav restaurants.) At 10pm on a Friday night, the chicken was so perfectly tender, fries were excellently cooked and salted,
sweet tea=perfect, and to top it off, the customer service was superb! This place will be a ritual stop for me each time I travel through Texarkana!
