Friendly staff. This location was pretty busy and not very big, but they kept things moving as quick as they could and apologized for the wait. No complaints from me on the food or drink, and I consider myself pretty picky as I have a go-to drink.

I visit here often because it’s the closest Starbucks, but I must say their beverages’ tastes are unstable. Most of the time, they make frappuccinos way too watery, which I really hate. Their beverages never taste the same every time. If you go inside to order, they are sometimes super slow as well. They also have forgotten my order couple times. I hope they get better somehow since I love Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. Ordered hazelnut and basically got hot chocolate that wasn’t even hot. Tastes terrible. I never do reviews but this Starbucks is not good at all and I’m a big Starbucks fan
Really good Starbucks, could be happier with the service and coffee I got, the caramel cappuccino with a little honey is so good, I got my coffee quick, but the inside of the coffee shop felt a little dirtier than the typical starbucks

Maybe I’m just spoiled, but this Starbucks is HORRIBLE. They must be making the espresso incorrectly because the flavor is really bitter and almost tastes burnt. There was almost no caramel taste in my macchiato, and the pumpkin bread was mushy.

Stopped at this starbucks during a road trip and it took forever! Baristas were slow, getting our order of 5 drinks in 20 min! One of the baristas daughters came by and she stepped out to talk to them although there was a long wait and line. It was a bit frustrating seeing as how we were trying to get out of there fast. Two of our drinks were made incorrectly, and when I mentioned it to the barista he said«oh it must have been rung up wrong.» I waited patiently and had to ask him again for my drinks to be made correctly. #fml

Just stopped in on a roadtrip from Austin to New York and this Starbucks is the BEST I’ve even been in. Don’t drive through, just go inside! Wonderful staff that answered all my silly questions about the Christmas Via and were super helpful and friendly. Excellent stop.

Had coffee and pumpkin scone yesterday at The Starbucks on State Line… The staff here was super outgoing and remarkabley friendly! They smiled at every customer that walked through the door and even offered up some request on where to find a good soup and salad place in the area! This is a non-smoking establishment and I lit a cig. outside and they were polite about telling me to put it out! Sweet Girls!

Terrible and worst customer service!!! I visited this location through the drive thru on Sat., June 14 @ 5:38 pm and ordered a skinny caramel macchiato. No «hello» or greeting of any sort, not even«your total is…» I was given my drink and paid with my iPhone. Then the female shut the window and I just sat there waiting on whether I was given a receipt or told if anything else was needed or how about a «thank you» for purchasing a $ 5 drink with a side of rudeness! Wow, I will never visit again and would not recommend anyone else. Surprisingly better service from McDs or BK for a fraction of the price.

I’m an avid Starbucks drinker. I don’t expect the peppiest people, but the staff was not friendly. It was slow and took longer than it needed to for 1 drink. Overall, service wasn’t great.

Totally love the rich, strong and truly tasty, perfectly brewed black Iced tea, no water no syrup and light ice– just right every time. Crazy busy at this location last 4 times we’ve been here so plan to wait — and still worth the stop

The drive-thru is weird but not too detrimental to the place. The coffee could have been hotter and they could have been a little easier on the white chocolate mocha syrup. But all in all it’s just another typical Starbucks.

Talk about packed! This must be the only Starbucks in Texarkana! Dispite the crowd, I got my drink without much wait. If it would have been a bit hotter, it would have been perfect! Getting in and out of this locaiton can be a trick. Bring your patience, you’re going to need it!
