Even during the busiest of nights the service here is impeccable. Food and entertainment are worth five stars by themselves. Recommended!

Wanted to find a sports bar to catch the Revolution game and found The Sky Box. Service: We had great service. Tammy was very nice and friendly. Whenever we need a fresh drink or more napkins she was always around to grab it. Food: We ordered 24 wings and we really enjoyed them. After the wings we got a yawkey way pizza and we liked it. The cheese mixed with the sauce made for s good combo. Overall it was a great experience. I think I found my new sports bar and favorite restaurant.

In town on business looking for a place to watch the Blackhawks game, this was it, very nice bartenders, great wings and cold beer. Plenty of TVs and easy to find for a non local. Nice place!

Went here to watch the Super Bowl and had a great time. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Food was basic bar fare and pretty good for a typical bar. No opinion on cocktails since we drank beer that night.

Great sports bar with a terrific menu. I had the steak bomb calzone and it was great. Plenty of steak and cheese and for a $ 1 more I got onions, peppers & mushrooms. Large place with many tvs. Super good bartenders providing quick service. Next time though town I will be stopping by.

Negative 5 stars is more like it… The door man who claimed to be the owner was very rude and unprofessional, went to see the band that was playing, who were amazing but did not care how I was treated by the staff, being in the industry myself I know what it is like to deal with people and they had no reason for the way they acted, I only regret leaving good tips for the bartenders because obviously it was unappreciated and undeserved! Will not return again

It’s your average townie bar. Fun to spot the locals and the bartenders are pretty friendly, If your hungry I’d suggest stopping before you arrive at this watering hole. I had the broc, chicken, Alfredo it needed some extra love from the kitchen. Therefore, only 3 stars.

This could be such a great place… If the bartenders were more concerned about waiting on the patrons instead of chatting in each other’s ear. The food needs a make over… but the bar layout is cool. Good bands.

They got a 1 star because it’s not allowed to leave negative stars. Came here today at about 6:45pm and ordered our food with 4 other friends of mine. We sat in the high table tops near the front stage. We ordered our apps and dinner entrees and were very disappointed by the wait for our apps. A couple came in about 45 minutes after us and got their food a good 15 minutes before we did. Then they got their meals and we still didn’t get our dinner entrees yet. Then to our surprise we saw two staff members who were behind the bar now taking shots with their friends. Then proceeded to go back behind the bar. By the time we got our food we were all to upset to even eat it. One of my friends I was with did say something to our bartender/waiter and he apologized for the wait yet did nothing to make up for it. Safe to say I will never be returning to this place. I’d rather not have my meals be served by drunk waiters. Thanks but no thanks.

2.5 Stars actually Its not east writing a review of The Sky Box. The reason being that my friends and I don’t plan on going back, but its almost what to be expected at an «American Bar/Grille» kind of place. I’ll tell you my experience and you can make your own decision. The Sky Box is set back in a strip mall. It’s a pretty decent size place with a pretty good size bar. The spirits are not very plentiful, but the bartender will make you a drink or close to what you want, with what they have. The martinis were on some of my friends minds and they werent disappointed. The draft beers were very typical. 8 or so of the regulars. We had Sam Seasonal, Guinness, and Goose Honkers. They all tasted as they should. We got there before the band started playing and the service was quick and thorough. As the night went on, the 40 – 60 yr olds transformed into id 20’s to mid 40’s. The people were abundant for sure and the service quickly started to slack. It took us 25 minutes of waiting to get our bill after we were done with our drinks(after dinner). We got 3 different burgers and a chicken Caesar wrap. To of us ordered our burger medium and the other ordered well done. We ALL got our burgers well done. Had our server asked how everything was, I would have mentioned it, but they never really gave me the chance. It was all very average. The bar was wide open and easy to maneuver. The band was pretty good as well. It wasnt so loud that we couldnt hear our conversation still. There were plenty of tv’s with sports on. We were watching the dog agility championships. Good times. There arent any booths there. Its all upright stools or the bar. The menu is pretty small and very ordinary. Here’s the thing, if I lived close by, I would stop by for a beer, but I wouldnt go back for food. Its a very decent place. We were over charged by one beer and after telling the(manager?) he told me to wait while he makes a few shots and distributes them, before fixing the problem. The people were having a good time and the place was packed. I think you should go and experience The Sky Box for yourself… unless you want to experience something new, modern, and cozy. The kitchen also closes at 10 and their only dessert menu is fried dough. Like I said… they don’t go above and beyond. at all.

I’m not sure why I had to pay a $ 5 cover at 8:20PM, but I had a decent time nonetheless. The band was decent and the food(steak caesar wrap) was better than I expected. The others I was with were also pleased with their food(fried mozzarella, buffalo tenders, fried ravioli).

First time at the Sky Box but it won’t be the last. Went to see local band Sunday Sinners play and had a great visit. The staff is friendly and attentive, always checking to see if we needed drink refills or just to tidy up the table. Great assortment of beers too. Had nachos and jalapeño poppers that were delicious. Nice menu for lunch and dinner. The only downside is that the kitchen does close early so if you want food order before 10 pm.

OK, so the service is slow… however, I was able to watch a Mets vs Nationals game on a night when the Redsox were playing as well as the Celts playing an eastern conference final vs the Heat. This tells you that a. They have a lot of TV’s and b. they are accommodating. The food ain’t bad either…3 ½ stars!

Been a bunch of times — good drinks. Good food. — The kitchen closes at 10 pm which I think is early for a bar. They have lives bands on the weekends and I love that. I will go just to see the bands because I love live music.

I went here a few times back when it first opened. Was never super crowded and I’ve met some really interesting people there. There always seems to be a diverse crowd of people there. Drinks were good and reasonable. It was nice to have another choice when you live in the suburbs between making the drive to Boston or slum it in Lowell.

This is a pretty good sports bar that is hidden in a strip mall. Plenty of TV’s, friendly bartenders, sports memorabilia all over the place. Good place to catch a sox or pats game. The beer selections are your standard ones with maybe 10 options on tap in 16 or 22 ounce glasses. The food is above average for a sports bar with a really good buffalo chicken wrap and a burger that isn’t nearly as greasy as you usually find for pub fair. They have a good plate of nachos there too. The location is both good and bad. Good in the sense that since ther eis nothing else really around there it is nice to have an option close by for those of us who work in the area, bad in the sense that if you aren’t in that area for some other reason it really isn’t worth it make a trip specifically out there. So to sum it up, if you are close by sky box for some other reason and are looking for some place to grab a pint or a quick lunch I would recommend this place.

Living north of Boston, it can be a challenge to find a cool place to watch a game, hear a band, or sing karaōke that is not a chain restaurant. If you need a good place to go to do any of those things, check out the Sky Box in Tewksbury. I’ve been there 3 times and each time I’ve not been disappointed. They have good bar food, plenty of tables and seating and a game room. They also have a stage where they host live bands, karaōke, and trivia night on Tuesdays. The staff is very friendly and serves you quickly. I didn’t have to wait at the bar more than 1 minute before a bartender was taking my order. We also ordered food and it was brought out to our table warm and within 15 mins of ordering. There is even plenty of parking. I would recommend going there to watch a game solo or on a Saturday night to hear some excellent music and meet up with a couple of friends.
