I’ve Been Visiting This McDonald’s For Years While Traveling On My Job & Have Had A Pleasurable Experience Until Tonight I See Common Sense And Customer Service Don’t Apply To The intellectuals Leading This Establishment. First Let Me Say I Am Very Disappointed In This McDonald’s In Temple Texas And Most Likely Won’t Change My Mind Or Review About Them Unless A Representative Address My Particular Issue And Let Me Explain Why I Feel Like I Do. I Am A Consumer & Customer When It Comes To Spending My Money At Any Place Of Buisiness. Now Direct To The Point I Work For A World Wide Shipping Carrier Known By Almost Any One In The United States There Are Only Three In The USA And I’m Not The Mail Guy Or The Brown One, However I Am The Other One. Now As I Pulled Up In Front Of The McDonald’s I Can’t Use The Drive Thru Due To The Fact I Am Operating A Big Truck(18 Wheeler) And If I Attempted To Use The Drive Thru Most Likely It Would Level Or Severally Damage The McDonald’s Building And That’s Not Good Sense Or Common Sense Just To Do Buisiness and Get A Bite To Eat. I Observed There Was A Temple Police Officer Talking To The McDonald’s Employee At The Window And The McDonald’s Employee and the Temple Police Office Observed Me When I Stopped My Big Truck Curbside Along The Side Of The Road As I Always Do When I Stop At This McDonalds With My Caution Flashers On For Safety. When I Got Out And Patiently Waited For The Officer To Move I’m Told By The McDonald’s Employee While The Police Officer Is Still St The Window That I Can’t Place My Order Unless I Use The Drive Thru. I Point To The Truck And Explained It Won’t Fit In The Drive Thru It To Large And Would Take Down The Building Because It’s Over 65 Feet Long, It’s Just To Large To Utilize The Drive Thru. The McDonald’s Employee Then Says It’s After 11pm She Can’t Take My Order Since I Exited My Big Truck That Was To Huge For The Drive Thru Eventhough She Could Visibly See The Truck With The Logo Banner And I Am Wearing The Nationally Known Company Uniform With My ID Badge On And Presented With Clear Visibility Not To Mention There Is A Police Officer Present Within 5 Feet. I Feel Safety Is An Issue But Not In This Instance & Common Sense Needs To Be Applied In Every Situation Perhaps If I Come In A Go Cart, Or A Ten Speed Bicycle They May Take My Order… Hmm Makes Me Wonder. This Is A Terrible Thing To Be Treated & Descriminated Against Because Of Time On The Clock And Vehicle Type Or Size. My Question To McDonald’s, Shouldn’t There Be A Disclaimer? Saying You Won’t Use Common Sense Or Serve Truck Operators And You Require Them To Take Down Part Of The Building So It Demonstrates No Common Sense Because No Walk up Orders You Feel There is A Safety Issue. Mabe I Could Run Faster Than A Car Could Drive Hmm. Thank You For Reading My Review And Complaints I Hope This Enlightens Someone One The Practices Of This McDonald’s.

Food was ok. Restaurant very dirty. Lots of workers and no one could clean up the drink area, or empty the trash. Restroom was dirty too. Will not be back.

The worst McDonalds in the history of the world! Went thru the drive-thru 10 minutes after they start serving lunch. Ordered the Quarter Pounder combo. Pay for my food and the lady seemed annoyed that she had to work. Pull up to next window and get my food. Pull out and look at my burger in the wrapper. Burger is room temperature and cheese isn’t melted at all, fries are cold already too. I figure what the heck I paid for this so I bite into the burger and crunch… stale bread! I spit it out into the bag put burger and fries into bag and pull into nearest gas station and throw this crap away! Never again will I give this McDonalds my business! Go down the road to another McDonalds!

A nice location to stop at when traveling. The play area was nicer than expected but it sucks they did not have a family restroom inside the play location like others do. had to leave the play area and walk across the restaurant to change my son and he kicked and screamed the entire way because he thought we were leaving early…

Drive thru is extremely slow and staff has no issues with acting like they don’t want to be there!

Conveniently located right off highway 35. Bathrooms needed help. Service with out a smile. Employees seemed to be confused. May be they were new? Maybe not? Manager was nice enough to give me fresh fries since I was waiting so long. Facilities needed a cleaning. Same menu as other mc do but they don’t have the 50 piece chicken mc nugget meal.

I’m actually a fan of the McDonald Fast Food Chain for many reasons such as convenience and consistency of quick okay food on the road. However, this particular location I had a horrible experience. I ordered a house salad late one evening coming home from a business trip. I took the salad home to eat and I found a few small insects in my salad. I was disgusted and went to bed hungry that night. I didn’t want to go back and complain so I decided not to visit this particular location again.
