this place is being relocated so it’s closed! I can here a few weeks ago and they were very friendly and attentive. they answered any questions that I had and I had a pleasant experience here!

This place is amazing! Besides the crazy time slots they are actually open.
The girl who worked the front (she was the only one in the store too. I assume daughter of the business? Or even the owner) was so kind to me and asked me every so often if I needed any help. While I declined her offer each time, she went on her way to helping a customer that needed the whole 411 ordeal on brushes and etc. She was more than delighted to help her! AMAZING.

They online site sucks. They don’t care about people and they hard earn money. I can easily go to the drugstore and buy lashes but I wanted to see what all this YouTube/​Instagram hype was all about, so I brought some of their famous lashes and I never received my order and they don’t even offer insurance for your order so I lost a lot of money for only two lashes plus the shipping was a lot for only two lashes. I rather stick with my drugstore lashes. What a waste of money and time don’t buy from them like I said they don’t care they didn’t even want to help me with solving my problem no refund or nothing.

You couldn’t choose a better neighborhood for Lady Moss — great location, great parking, great reception when you walk in the door. Unfortunately, they do not offer the Unilocal deal anymore (10% off), but it’s still worth the trip rather than driving long distance for basically the same brands such as NYX, KOKO Lashes, OPI, LA Girl cosmetics, and so on.
They are, by far, the best when it comes to customer service and the owner up front is super knowledgeable about his products and his customers! It’s refreshing knowing he cares, when all too often, I’ve gone to some of these cosmetics stores in LA and have had little to no service. And so, Lady Moss is a nice balance of the two.
They really thrive on offering the essentials, and I like they’re not up-​priced. Right along Las Tunas, there are plenty other places to check out be it food or nails or what have you. I always make a nice purchase here, all in one stop. I lived many years in Temple City so it’s always fun to come back, especially now with Lady Moss.

This place is smaller than it looks. Came here for the first time and I was full of excitement to get the morphe 35O palette that they have announced, BUT it wasn’t even there. Got very disappointed, but still bought some makeup since I was already here.
I got 2 LA Girl Concealer for $ 10. But on their website, they should be $ 2.75 each. Did I get ripped off? Or is it just an online exclusive? I don’t know… I don’t know because they don’t even give you a receipt! How are you supposed to return an item if you don’t have a receipt?!? I think I’d rather order online because you can actually see an order summary of all the price and how much you’re paying.

This place is a great go to place for makeup and other beauty supplies! The workers are sooo friendly! Anything you need help with, they are there! Cyndi is very helpful! She is also funny haha! The price aren’t bad at all! There are clothes accessories, hair accessories, nail polish, and anything makeup/​beauty related. Really love this place. The shop looks very cute… love the walls and the place is very organized. If you need anything for beauty… GO TO LADYMOSS! The online website is also great if some did not know there was a website.

Came in to get some lashes. Justin (employee) was so helpful and informative, the reviews were right, customer service is on 100!!! will return instead of buying online from now on :)

When I heard Lady Moss Beauty carried a particular brand of eyelashes, I was stoke! If, you order online there $ 7 bucks plus s/​h. Plus, there are other styles which I totally liked! Justin, (employee) was helpful and friendly. The reviews about L.M.B. were on point and I’m definitely coming back.

I seriously love this place! Koko lashes are my favorite so I’m glad there’s a store near me instead of having to order them online and pay for unnecessary shipping fee. The owners of this store are extremely friendly and sweet. My friend and I came on a Monday not knowing that they are closed but the owners happened to be inside the store that day and let us in to purchase eyelashes anyways. Awesome people :) and Lady Moss also sells some Milani and NYX products that are hard to find in regular drug stores.

Amazing customer service!!! I had a wedding party of 5 including the bride to glam up and the staff at Lady Moss was kind enough to lend me their foldable makeup chair! Thank you to the helpful staff, you saved the day!

Finally got a chance to visit Lady Moss & I’m very thrilled that I did! They have lots of great products for a good price! Lady Moss is a must check out beauty store! To top it off GREAT SERVICE!

Located in a quaint area, this shop is neat and service is great. I went to pick up some Koko lashes and ended up buying a couple other different brands as well. It’s a little far from me, so I’ll likely order online in the future, but I’m glad I went in-​person first. They sell a variety of different brands and the price point isn’t bad at all.

I LOVE coming here! I’ve been coming here since they first open. They have the best lashes. Koko lashes are my favs! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I try to come every month or so depending when I need to fill up. They have so many options. I use most of their makeup products and they give good tips on what is good to use. I highly recommend coming here if you’re into lashes like myself. Best part too is they have a website and prices are reasonable.

Came in today after being referred to by a classmate to purchase eyelashes here. I came minutes before closing and called, one of the owners still let me shop around after closing and assured me to look around without any rush (very nice)! I purchased 3 Red Cherry eyelashes and lip liner that the owner helped me pick out and it was very fair in price/​inexpensive; $ 10.
Will definitely be back when in need of these products. Store is small and cute, parking in back or on street.

The owners really knows the products they are selling. We stopped by after getting our nails did at Color Nails. I wanted to see if I could find this lip color from NYX that I can never find because it’s so popular and usually sells out. The guy behind the counter asked if he can help me find anything. I didn’t have much for him to go by, BUT HE KNEW! Even directed me to the tester. Yep, it was that color. Check in on Unilocal and get 10% off your total. You can use it everytime you come in. We all bought a little something to add to our makeup collection.

$ 3 China Glaze. Relatively inexpensive OPI, too. Lots of NYX, including rave lipstick. Amazing service by the woman who worked there.

But seriously, I’ve wanted to come in here for like months until I finally was able to catch them open. They don’t open Monday… Tuesday…after six… during holidays… just cause… when the person is at lunch… just cause…
In fact, the day that I went, it said «fifteen minute break» and I just stared at it dumbly until the employee came back from her break.
Make sure you CALL IN!
Besides that occasional (well…) setback, this place is heaven in Temple City.

I always go for the Koko brand lashes. LOVE THEM. $ 5.99 though, but worth it because they last very long. I usually buy the Ariel, Goddess, Koko, and one more that I can’t sadly remember at this time.
The girl there is very helpful! They also have a tester that you can try on to see if you like it.
They carry a lot of other brands and brushes. Definitely my to-​go place for special lashes!

Being a fake lash noob, I walked in not knowing what to expect.
My friend and I were greeted by a female and offered help as soon as we what walked in, however we declined and said we were just looking around.
I stood in front of a rack for a good 5 minutes until I gathered the courage to ask for help. I felt so ashamed for not knowing anything about fake lashes because it seems like a total essential in every girls beauty routine. When she was called upon, she promptly walked over and asked me what look I was going for and what type of lashes I would like to use. After all that was out of the way, she even went to the extent of helping me try on different lashes which was nice.
During the span of 20 minutes, I was fully educated in everything I needed to know about these things and that definitely helped me a lot when I began to use them on my own at home.
Great Customer Service!!! Definitely my go to place from now on for my lashes !
