I switched to Moneck Payment Solutions a year ago from Chase PaymentTech. The initial saving on opening account is huge. I can continue using
virtual terminal and gateway by simply switching my merchant ID and set new Transaction ID in the shopping cart.
Moneck merchant account consultant went over the process and get our merchant account up and running in 48 hours. That’s fast. We also now switch to their Custom Gateway. We can now process credit card transaction through multiple merchant ID, that is big money saver for our high risk merchant like ours.
The optional chargeback prevention also help us avoid dispute case. Great customer services and tech support.
