Had a pastor burrito and my wife had a machaca burrito. We shared an asada taco and a buche taco. Everything was delicious along with our Micheladas! Tortillas taste home made and the salsa bar is delicious. Truly a hidden gem!!!

I had a horrible experience in this restaurant with the cashier Maria. She was really rude with a bad attitude and it seems like she wants to fight everyone. You order food and she gives you an attitude that seems that your are asking for too much. She acted very cocky and acted better than anyone. The food is delicious but the customer service was plain terrible. The food is already expensive enough to be getting such terrible customer service.

Just want to share this place with all of you. This place is amazing. Homestyle Mexican food at its finest. Ceviche made fresh every day. Menudo tastes like it is made with love. I cant say enough. Give it a try… see for yourself.

One of the better taco shacks in Tmac/Murrieta. Fresh, fast, friendly. Would recommend

Great food and very fresh. Fast service, and save room for the ice cream and homemade ice cream bars with lots of flavors like cantaloupe and tequila! Very fast and good customer service.

Food is delicious! We ordered Caldo de Res, Lengua en Chile Verde; both were savory. The food is authentic! Great customer service!

Amazing Food and ice cream is made right there in house! I’ve had carne Asada Burrito, fish tacos, fajita plate and shrimp cocktail, mango ice cream and strawberry ice cream at different times here and all of them were delicious. maybe the other reviews about the strip mall being undesirable are slightly true, I see what they are saying but THEFOODIS totally WORTH the DRIVE.

Only giving one star for the lady who took our order, she was very nice, the food was awful though! $ 12 combo and it was so bland and mostly stuffed with tomatoes instead of meat, the enchiladas weren’t even melted, I had to warm them in the microwave! Rice and beans were terribly bland, wish I wouldn’t have wasted money here. Will stick with lienzo charro from now on!

Came in on a monday night looking for my favorite food, but this time i was shocked, i ordered 4 chicken tacos with lettuce tomato and onion, a chimichanga combo to go and thought all was well. When i got home to my surprise i have 4 tortillas filled with lettuce tomato and onion. Really 9 dollars for vegetable tacos, really disappointed about this trip and not sure if there will be a next time.

First time here. Great Mexican restaurant. It’s literally a hole in the wall. Had shrimp cocktail, chicken enchiladas, and fajitas. All excellent. Great verity of paletas. Prices are good

Amazing service! My California burrito was delicious and so was my husbands carne asada torta! Will be coming back again. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and kind.

Came in for lunch and ordered a bowl of pozole, it was mediocre, and my boyfriend had ordered some tacos, which were quite delicious. I don’t remember exactly what it was about the pozole, but I’ve had better. I came back here to try out their chamango’s. Its closer to where I live and I usually have to drive out to Murrieta off Los Alamos to grab a cup of chamango. The chamango’s here are very yummy, it has a kick to it because of the chile powder and the mangos are nice and fresh. Thats how I like it!

Came in again and the lady at the front was working alone. I felt bad cause she kept getting busy. I didn’t mind waiting though. She did a great job keeping her cool and acknowledging her customers.

Total whole in the wall place I found with amazing food! The staff was so sweet and so kind. The food wasn’t over priced and the place was clean and not busy.

Just had dinner at Vero’s. Some of the best Mexican Food I have ever eaten. This was my first trip to this restaurant and it will definitely NOT be my last! The food was so good that it almost coming to Temecula just to eat here! I grew up in So Cal in a mixed neighborhood so I speak with some experience. The ambiance is somewhat lacking but don’ t let that deter you. It is worth the trip.

As unprofessional as this sounds, this place was«BOMB!» I was always on the look for a good Mexican food place here in Temecula. There are a few decent places, but none like Vero’s. I ordered the Fajitas Mixtas, by fiancé ordered the Camarones a la Diabla, and our good friend order the Morcajete Mixto… these three played out of this world. They were full of flavor and so delicious. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by the beans and rice: you can tell when those items have been made days before and reheated to serve, but not here. The beans tastes fresh and the rice was good too! Overall, it was a good experience. The only downside to this was that the salsa serve with the chips was to watery. That’s why I am giving it it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Love the setting of this place, has a «small town feel» to it, reminds me of home which is part of why I like it. Although I’ll have to admit… I’ve had better, but this place isn’t too bad, it’ll do. I ordered the chicken enchiladas which did the job and satisfied my hunger. However it was missing something, it wasn’t as tasty as I hoped it to be. The spanish rice didn’t really have any flavor to it. Although the refried beans were good. My husband ordered the carne asada burrito and he loved it, I took a bite and it was actually pretty good, I’ll definitely order that instead next time. The waitress was nice, she got all our orders correct and our food came out on good timing. No complaints there. All in all was wasn’t a bad experience, I’m sure if I’m in the area will come back again. I still need to try their horchata, I love those.
