This place is absolutely all about money & not patient care. It takes about 20 mins. minimum for anyone to pickup to schedule you. After you are scheduled, they want you there 30 mins early to sit and wait 30 – 45 mins past your appt. time. The front office staff is not professional and the technicians are not friendly. TVI — you should know — that when patients come in, pretend it is a relative & everyone should be treated with respect, kindness & professional care. I am not happy at all with your place of business. but unfortunately, most of us are there only because this is what our insurance offers. Try being more service oriented, because some of us have serious medical issues & want them to be tended too !

The girl at the front desk today at 1:30 was very rude to not just me but another patient who came in after me! I will not be using this office ever again!!! The Murrieta office is always packed but at least their staff is friendly!!!

Front office staff is lacking in customer service. Unfortunetly a first impression is a last impression and I cannot recommend nor will I return. I will be sure to let my referring doctor know as well.

I just want to say that «The Vein Whisperer» Paulette is amazing at getting it on the 1st try with no bruising. I have very bad veins and have had so much trouble in getting anything in or out. It is always very traumatic for me and I needed a PET scan with contrast and was terrified but came in and Paulette was calm and confident and got it on the 1st try. Thank You so Much!!!

Concerning their Sun City office on Newport Road: They appear to never open their office on time. When they do open, it takes them about a half hour to get in gear. Once they do get organized, it seemed to go OK. I would not go there if there was a more convenient place nearby that opened on time.

My doctors office is right around the corner from this place and I was sent to get an Xray of my back. I walked in and two friendly ladies greeted me, filled out my paperwork and then less then a minute later went to get my xrays taken. The place was so fast I was impressed! I didn’t even have an appointment and I had zero wait time!
The staff was friendly and professional and I was in and out of there in no time. I received my xray results within a week! Great place to go to get Xrays.
