Temecula Trophy

Had a great time coming up with three special awards for some hard working PTA board members. I gave Temecula Trophy my budget and at the time I thought we had a 4.5 day deadline, but they were still willing to work with me and I really appreciated that. They normally need 5 working days to turn out a product, so I was grateful for their willingness to work with me.
Turns out I had the date wrong and actually had 3 weeks, but then I made the mistake of saying I didn’t need it until the day we were handing them out, and that was MY mistake. Things happen, inventory gets held up, spelling errors, and a multitude of unexpected issues can come up, so it’s always a good idea to add a buffer to your order. I was a little freaked when I called several days before the event and found they we just getting started on it, but they reassured me they were on top of it and they were.
They end result was three beautiful awards in very cool looking form-​fitted cases and the recipients were extremely pleased with them. I’m definitely giving Temecula Trophy my future business. Next time I’ll be sure to plan better, and be more upfront about when I’d like them finished, so we both have room to work if improvements or adjustments are needed.
They have a great staff that was a pleasure to work with. I’m a type A so I obsess about everything and they were very patient with me and able to address all my issues. I came in not really knowing what I wanted and they took the time to help me figure out what I was trying to do and come up with some really cool ideas.

Got a knife Engraved for my best man. it turned out amazing I’m super happy with their work and their turnaround time highly recommend these guys

This company is completely unorganized!!! They also have some of the rudest employees I have ever been in contact with. I am a local business owner and I will NEVER do business with this company again!

Walked in to a neat and very clean place to order a trophy and medals to a non-​profit event. The sweet do was gentle and sweet. The girl at the desk was very helpful took my order and helped me pick up a less expensive items. Followed up with a fax and had the items ready as promised. She also followed up with a phone call to double check on the spelling etc… The best trophy place ever with affordable good quality pieces.
