I ran in on my lunch and was a little concerned due to the line and only one person making sandwiches but I decided to wait. I was pleasantly surprised. Breanna was working quickly but still paying attention to each customer and making the sandwiches with care. I’ve been in subways where they just toss your toppings all over and really don’t listen to what you’re saying. I had great customer service and my sandwich was delicious, made just the way I like it.

Based on Unilocal we went there instead of the subway near us. Nothing special about it. Was clean, person nice, had to ask for more filling. Subs seemed more tossed together than the one near us. Had to try but will stay with our local one.

Ever since the ownership this subway has been, well, CRAP. The original employees are as always sweet but the new people including the «manager» are just rude, unsociable and overall not friendly. You pay money for pathetic looking sandwiches, I ask for lettuce because I want lettuce not a few shreds of it but an actual helping of it. So disappointing!

When it comes to fast food I’m a nervous wreck on preparation and cleanliness.
I recently worked at this location and everything is so spic and span and clean! We are huge on freshness with ANYTHING! If the bread is even slightly hard we will throw it away. All of the vegetables are made sure to be fresh and perfect. I love that Store and all of the people who work there are so efficient and sweet. Every time I go to a Subway closer to home I’m always disappointed.

I just had to have Subway a couple of weeks ago and this was the closest that came up in my GPS on my way back to LA. I got a hearty «Welcome to Subway» as I walked in from a cheerful Kimmy. Her service and friendliness throughout were impeccable and the sandwich was really made to perfection. All options were offered and her service was consistent whoever came into the store. Id go out of my way to go to this Subway again. Well done Kimmy and Subway Temecula Pkwy.

I used to work at this Subway for about 3 years! It’s incredibly awkward for me to go here because the owner’s son is my ex-​boyfriend (yikes) BUT this proves an important point, this Subway is exceptionally good! I also live right down the street from the location off Rancho California and still go over to the 79 if I’m craving Subway. I will brave any awkwardness for the good stuff. The food is ALWAYS fresh and I can vouch that the preparation of it is always compliant with proper food handling/​safety skills ;) The store is definitely one of the cleanest Subway stores out there; some of the other Temecula locations are despicable. Kim is particularly cheerful and professional, but the rest of the staff makes a wonderful sandwich as well. Also a plus, they are rarely, if ever, out of double chocolate chip cookies which are obviously the best Subway cookies!

Typical Subway. This one is clean and wasn’t busy (I went at about 4pm). the reason I give it 3 stars is because the gentleman that made my sandwich made it kind of sloppy. When I was biting into it, everything was falling all over the place and he seemed like he was rushed to get me out… it’s not like there was a long line or anything like that. Anyways, it’s just your average Subway.
