The young girl with the glasses that was working today at 9:37am fucked up my frappucino to the point of it tasting like black coffee with a slight amount of sugar. All I asked for was ONE extra pump of white mocha but apparently she’s too fucking stupid to make it. And then the girl with the black hair working the oven warmer has resting bitch face and needs to learn to be nicer to customers. I didn’t have time to get her to remake my drink let alone I knew
She was going to take her sweet time since she skipped me 3 times before getting my frappucino in the cup when it was blended right behind her ready to be put into the cup. I worked at Starbucks myself and It is very hard to be this fucking stupid.

Stopped on our way to San Diego to get our favorite drink, a Caramel Macchiato and it was horrible! How do you make one of Starbucks most popular espresso drinks this bad?! So disappointing as we were in the car on our way before we tasted our beverages. Come on get your act together!

This Starbucks was located right across the street from the La Quinta that we stayed in last night. I didn’t even notice it when we arrived at the hotel, but I certainly did this morning as we drove out of the parking lot. It was so cold this morning and I really wanted some hot tea to warm up and soothe my tired and achy body.
I think because it’s New Year’s day, this place was more empty than usual, but nevertheless, I received fantastic service. I was immediately greeted, the guy chatted me up and we had a nice conversation. It’s small and quaint inside, but it was very clean and they had some really cool soulful music playing. There was only one other patron inside and another sitting outside.
It’s located on the corner of a strip mall, right off of Jefferson and Winchester. It’s more of an industrial area and not very busy.

Last time I was there I asked for a late coffee, NO coffee taste whatsoever, it taste like skimmed milk. I was so disappointed. Starbucks needs to pay attention to the quality of their product. We pay a good price, not cheap by the way, for a small cup of milk?. The coffee a make at home is a lot better than the coffee I bought. Please add coffee to your products. That’s what customers pay for!

I go to SB a lot and it is not hard to find one. There was barely a wait and I was in and out in about 5 minutes or so. Adequate seating and plenty of room to move around. They do have outdoor seating if you care to enjoy your drink or snack outside (:

Best spot ever. I usually only go on Sundays and it is always pleasant and peaceful not the big rush and Buzz of all the other spots in town… the baristas are very friendly and helpful and most importantly they are quick with my order. if you’re in a hurry on a Sunday visit this location. you wont né disappointed.

Every time I come to this Starbucks I seem to encounter one of the rudest baristas I have ever met. And the service is incredibly slow. It is close to my work but I drive to the next one because the customer service is exponentially better. There are some nice baristas here but for the most part their customer service is poor and could use some work. They always seem to mess up my drink as well. I have never had this bad of an experience consistently with a Starbucks before, it’s a shame.

Very friendly staff at this location! They actually make an effort to try to talk to you which is always nice! They also gave me a stamp card for the holiday drinks where I think if you order 5 you get a free one! I always order the peppermint mocha year round and not one Starbucks has given me this yet! This was really sweet of them! I do wish they had more seating inside, but I understand that is out of their control!

My favorite Starbucks :) all of the employees have great personalities and make you feel so welcome. Omar, is great! He has the best suggestions. I go here on my way to work and we come here on our break (since it’s one minute away) and we are never disappointed with the service or drinks. Serious, everyone is always so friendly. :) I like that.

This Starbucks location is very convenient as it’s very close to the freeway and right on the corner of Winchester and Jefferson.
Most times the wait is short and the employees are friendly. However, parking can be stressful at times as its a very small parking lot in this shopping center.
The outside seating is not peaceful as its very close to the entrance to the parking lot and situated right on a main road, Jefferson.

I’m not sure why some people seem to have horrible reviews. This one is better in my opinion than the one down the road. Maybe the morning crew is better than the evening.
The manager, Omar, was super chipper today. He was sweeping up the debris off the floor and was being friendly with all the customers. Cookie takes your order and she’s always nice! She shares my love of a dirty chai! She even made sure the barista knew how to make it right. There is also another awesome older lady who also works the cashier, I haven’t caught her name yet.
Overall, I enjoy stopping by in the morning on my way to work and I think they have a great crew working here despite the other reviews.

Parking around lunch time can suck because there’s an AMPM and Subway in the same area, but this location is pretty easy to get to if you’re coming from the north side of Murrieta.
I’m not one to drink Starbucks every day… in fact I probably have it once a month… but the staff and service at this location has me coming when I’m feeling thirsty at work and I’m down the street :)

This is a nice Starbucks that can get busy in the mornings, but for the most part is quiet and a fun place and sit while watching life pass by the front window!
The Baristas are very good and take the time to ask your name (not just for the drink) and get to know you. Nice!
We came here a few morning during our stay and found it very relaxing.
