Although Scott is super nice, he was unable to help me. I thought it was the most bizarre set up. One PT or PT Assistant would tell you what exercise to do and then once you were done with that specific exercise, you would literally just wait there until your PT Assistant noticed you were done. The PT Assistants are too busy to notice you because they are talking to each other. I don’t recommend going here, find a PT that will dedicate the hour to you.

Unprofessional staff, part-​time therapist, old equipment, inflated insurance charges, etc. The list goes on and on. I do not recommend this location.

I love kris and all she did for me, the three star rating is for this:
I have approved four more sessions for this branch, I had a call from 9 516 969 353. On Monday June 23 at 9:11, I talked to them and scheduled an appointment for next Monday at 9. I went to the office for my appointment and the receptionist told me I don’t have any appointment, I came home checked my numbers called back the number and it seemed someone called and set an appointment for me on paper on her desk not in their system so that is why I was not scheduled. My time worth as their time do, as a customer if we don’t show up there is a penalty fee they charge but now what?
