I gave these guys two phones to «unlock» from AT&T so I could switch to T-​Mobile (they’re right by the T-​Mobile store) they charge me $ 100. They said it would take a week and they would call, after two weeks nothing, I drop by and ask them what’s happening and they’re like «whatever, we don’t know you want your money back»? I was like no, I want my phone unlocked, they’re like «ok we will check it out & call you» week later they never call, I called and they said «the phones are unlocked we’ve been busy…» I go to T-​Mobile and they’re like «only one phone is unlocked» I call mobile exchange (now been 5 weeks) they’re like we’ll check it out and call you tomorrow, they don’t call, I call them and they’re like «you want your money back…:» Moblie xchange is horrible don’t let them waste your time!
