This location is Terrible they always forget something i rather drive to the McDonald’s on Jefferson!!! Trust me it’s worth the drive

My daughter was thirsty so we stopped at this McDonald’s to get her a cup of water. She walked in alone and asked for a cup of water. The girl at the register said that they didn’t give out cups for water. So my daughter returned to our car and told her father what had happened. My husband went back in and asked why my daughter couldn’t have a cup for water. The same girl said that they didn’t give out cups of water to groups of teenagers. My husband pointed out that my daughter was not a «group» of teens and asked if it was McDonald’s policy not to give out cups of water to teenagers. She went on to say that she was told not to give out cups for water to teenagers. He asked to speak to the manager and asked the manager the same question about a policy on not giving teens cups for water. Apparently there isn’t one and my daughter got her cup of water. Apparently the other girl was told by someone else not to give out cups for water to teens. Sounds like management needs to communicate with their employees. Hopefully«groups of teens» are not discriminated against when they ask for water… Doubt we will return to this McDonald’s due to the poor treatment my daughter initially received.

I’m giving this place a poor review because I’m sick and tired of Employees and management having such poor customer service – Especially management. Managers always seem to have an attitude. Came in today to get change for a 5 and the lady(looked like maybe the store manager) had an attitude and said absolutely nothing to me through the entire transaction. So I guess we don’t give a friendly«have a nice day» anymore? no wonder McDonald’s is losing business. What can McDonald’s not find decent management? So I guess they just promote mediocre people to management or hire outside people who are the runt of the litter of managers. It’s probably because nobody wants to work for them. This is obviously not my first bad experience with this McDonald’s and others. This is a trend that’s I’ve been experiencing with McDonald’s. Wont be going to this McDonald’s again. Wow new McDonald’s and already failing! Great job owner and store manager! Idk if this is a corporate McDonald’s or just a franchise but the owner needs to fix his management at his store.

Went here last night. There was no menu in their drive thru. The screen was blank ANDTHEYWEREONLYACCEPTINGCASH! Whaaaaa?! Also, for one burger and large fry it took them about 15 minutes to make it and there were no other cars in the drive thru. Every single time I’ve been here at night my boyfriend and I have had a terrible experience. BOOMCDONALDS.

Disgustingly disorganized and dirty restaurant. Exactly what you would expect to find in a rundown city in a filthy neighborhood. Who’s in charge? Training? Our few visits to this newest of McDonalds in Temecula have been at night, such as tonight at 8:45pm. Though not busy, we found only one table out of the whole restaurant that was almost clean. I complained. A worker was sent out to wipe tables: The employee moved at a snails pace, moving a rag in circular motions on one table top, then another. The ice cream from one table just transferred to the next. THEN… he wiped the top of the trash can, and returned to using the same unrinsed rag to wiping tables. No rinse. No cleaner. Just the process of smearing filth. Health Department? For crying out loud… since opening, this business has been inefficiently managed. Get it together!!!

There was no soap and no ketchup when I came in and they made no effort to replace them and then the manager yelled at my friends to not bring outside food in and then 10 minutes later she ordered a pizza for delivery to the store and took it to the back to eat. This store is full of hypocritical nazis that should probably re-evaluate their lives.

The staff here could not get our order right in the drive thru and charged us for more than we ordered. So we went inside to get it figured out and they gave us money back but still didn’t get our order right! Way too much work to just get a couple fast food sandwiches

This Mcdonalds is great during the day. but night shift is horrible. I dont know if there is no manager onsite at night but these workers on night shift are going to lose a lot of customers for you. Also akmost everytime I go at night the Shake machine is ALWAYSDOWN! ALWAYS! ITS A BRANDNEWMCDONALDS. Night shift again will always make u pull forward and wait. even with NO cars behind you. I have got the wrong order about 2 times. Night shift I would give 0 stars Day Shift I would give 4 stars great fresh food. Never missing anything. Nice friendly fast service . its worth it at night to drive to Winchester to a different Mcdonalds

Arrived at 5:15 and the door was still locked(the store opens at 5:00). Was let in and the cashier had not set up her register yet. Ordered coffee and the coffee was not ready. Do not go to this store if you are in a hurry

If i could give this mcdonalds zero stars i would . Ive been to this Mcdonalds a couple of times always VERYRUDE service . The one specific night that i would NEVER return i had bought the two egg mcmuffin combo around 1am. I had drove off and and decided to open up my food and i felt the bread on the mcmuffin and it was REALLY hard i touched ny hashbrown and it was COLD. i returned back and waited for about a min with no assist or even anyone coming to the window … i began to honk over and over because it seemed as no one was there … continued to wait a min more then a car showed up behind me and a MINMORE i was waiting. I was upset because one my food was cold and i was waiting for about 5mins finally when the ppl decided to come help they were VERY rude and was arguing with me that they just made the food. NEVERRETURNINGHEREAGAIN

Went to get some dinner. The service was fast and I had the nicest person at the window. I believe her name was Katelyn! Very friendly and sweet and had the best customer service I’ve had from there in a long time! I’ve had some bad experiences with customer service in the day time and swore I wouldn’t go back but Katelyn brought back my faith in this restaurant. More workers like her and this place will be doing awesome!

Customer service and order turn around has taken a turn for the worse over the past few months. With today’s visit I ordered 5 ice cream cones and had to wait 13 minutes to get my order. There weren’t many people in the restaurant, but had about 5 cars in the drive thru, I guess their orders are more important. The cherry on top was after waiting 13 minutes for my order they forgot to dip the 3 cones we wanted dipped. They are lucky to have gotten 2 stars out of me.

During the day this location is quite nice, service is friendly and relatively fast. My order always comes perfect and I get a smile from the cashier and the food handler. Come back to this same location after midnight however and the service is horrible. There are two drive throughs and on five occasions I pulled into the one closest to the building about five minutes before someone pulls into the right hand side one and they had placed their order before I got to. I was their first yet whoever works the drive through fails to acknowledge this. Every time I order chicken nuggets past 8 pm I’m asked to pull ahead to wait, even when I’m the only person in line. When I’m not the only person in line I’ll see the people behind me get their chicken nuggets before me. They had me wait 20 minutes in the pull ahead zone before bringing me my food. There was five people working at the time, two of which we’re standing around talking. I would not go here past 8 pm, the night shift workers are terrible! How they managed to get hired in the first place is quite baffling.

Filthy! Went in for dinner with my family around 9pm and all the tables were filthy. Bathrooms were just as gross. Manager was busy yelling at team members to do detail cleaning. How about the regular cleaning? No one wants to eat at a dirty table! Stay away! If this is how they keep the area they keep the customers in imagine what the kitchen must look like.

This mcdonalds is ALWAYS getting orders wrong. Even when there are 0 people there at night. Almost everytime we go through the drive-thru we have had to pull around and wait for about 10 minutes in the parking lot for our order. Not to mention that this is a double drive thru and the other night we pulled up with no one there and waited for someone to greet us and after about 2 minutes of waiting another car pulled up to the other speaker and was greeted right away and we had to wait until there order was finished. I normally shrug this stuff off like oh they just messed up this once but since it has happened so much, something needs to be fixed. Even when there is no one there the employees always seem so stressed out. They have been open long enough for this kind of stuff to be fixed.

This new McDonalds is HORRIBLE. I have been there on 3 separate occasions and every time my order has been wrong and it has taken way too long. I waited over 10 minutes in the«pull forward» area of the drive through for Cinnamon Melts which were not even cooked when I got home. Today they didn’t have biscuits so I ordered a Mcmuffin, which was wrong along with breakfast burritos that were also wrong. Done, drive to the one on Jefferson or by Redhawk.

Drive thru at 9:20 at night for a frappé to pull a homework all-nighter, thought I’d try some mighty wings for shits and giggles. They gave me a number and asked me to park out front. Ok no problem. 10 minutes later a woman comes out saying«we have new grillers and they forgot to drop the mighty wings in, it will be another 10 minutes». Offered a refund, I declined it and said I’d wait. Would have been nice if they offered to refill the frappé I had almost finished by the time my mighty wings came out. Another 15 minutes later and I finally get my mighty wings. There are only 5 people in the restaurant… c’mon McDonalds… pull your head out of your ass. This experience served as a fantastic reminder of why I stay away from chain restaurants. Lastly…how are you going to build a brand new McDonalds from the ground up in Temecula of all places and not even build an epic play place??? I loathe you and hope this review lures would-be customers AWAY from you, and pushes them towards a local mom and pop shop or at least the Carl’s Jr. Next door. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is a brand new McDonalds. It has a double drive through. It’s very nice — I have been hoping a McDonalds would come into this area.
