To be fair, I didn’t purchase anything because I tried ordering a SHAMROCKSHAKE. The worker replied«we don’t have cake». I repeated the order and was met with«frapachino café?». I responded with: no, the annual mint shake, you know, the green one for St. Patrick’s. I was told to pull forward. After several minutes of waiting, I was told«we don’t have cake». These people are awful. Raise minimum wage my butt.

Lunch was good, but everything is a bit more expensive than other mcdonalds. I think because it is a busier one. They don’t have the 4 for $ 4 deals. Mc double that normally costs a dollar or $ 1.29 costs $ 1.89 here. Some of my mozzarella sticks had no cheese, a quick Google search said that means they were overcooked. I was hungry, so I ended up eating it all anyway.

Yesterday morning January 30. My family and I stopped by to get a quick breakfast. So we thought. Walked in and our order was taken right away. No problem. So we get our number and sit and wait for our food. Sat there for about 10mins still waiting. Then about the 20 min mark decided to go up and ask what was going on with our food. My best friend and I just stood there and no one even acknowledge us even after we said excuse me. Nothing. It was so frustrating we said it again a little louder. And then we get the same kid that took our order. And we asked what was going on with our food. He just said we are waiting on round eggs and walks away. And we still were standing there. He comes back and acts like he dont see us. So my friend asked for the manager. He rudely said he was one of the managers(both male and female managers were useless). And walks away again. And our drinks were just sitting there getting watered down. As we stood there another employee seen our frustration. And nicely explained what was going on. And he wasn’t even a manager. But he did have a whole lot better customer service etiquette. Im sorry I understand that things happend. But to ignore your customers and be rude to them when you have a problem is very unacceptable. I know its just McDonalds. But this is the very very first time we have ever had a problem at this one.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Stopped after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours and was going to get food for the kids and take a break. They were unable to accept credit cards due to a power outage but everything else in the building seemed to be operating fine. You would think being a major chain they would be able to operate crediy machines. The manager Lioda could only say sorry. I don’t often write negative reviews but this one warranted it.

I’m not a regular check in at any McDonald’s but while on a day trip to temecula we stopped at this location to get some quick food before heading over to the winery’s for a balloon trip. We chose McDonald’s because frankly it was Open . Upon entering the drive thru we thought we would be ordering off the lunch and dinner menu even though it was 4am. The menu still showed lunch selections so we Started ordering hamburgers and nuggets. The cashier quickly told that it was breakfast menu so we changed our order To a couple mcgriddle combos with hash browns and drinks. The food was prepared quickly and was very fresh and tasty . The service was big plus and even though we had a slight mix up they were prompt and courteous . All in all if I’m ever in the area I’ll give this McDonald’s location a thought.

This McDonald’s engages in the illegal practice of not giving a receipt when paying with a credit card in the drive through. Several times after leaving I noticed no receipt in my bag. So last time after paying the girl gave me back my card and my food and I asked where’s my receipt so she walked all the way to the other end of the front counter then got my receipt so there is no printer or whatever near the drive thru window.

If you want fresh food, correct change, or a friendly employee this is not the McDonalds for you. I have gotten correct change occasionally but my food is always hours old. The staff is very rude and most of them will not greet you at the window. They open the window and start shoving things at you when they are ready. But if you are in a hurry expect to wait a long time at their window.

Drive thru attendant by the name of Edgar Ochoa is by far the best(and happiest) McDonald’s employee I have ever met. Went above and beyond McDonald’s standards I believe. Good job Edgar! Give this guy a raise!

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. We deliver for McDonald’s and I sat in the car for 15 minutes watching the employees joke around with each other. Had to cut my car off and watch my milkshakes melt.

I’m pissed! First I went to McDonald’s on Winchester in the Winco lot. Here I ordered a Cheeseburger with grilled onions, they gave me a cheeseburger with explicitly no onions! So, after work, I went to this location and ordered two cheeseburgers with grilled onions, and they gave me 2 cheeseburgers and one with grilled onions; that’s a total of 3. And they didn’t give me my receipt. I’m so grumpy, I’m tempted to drive back just to chew someone’s ass! I’m pregnant and this is all I freaking want, and they keep screwing it up! It’s a $ 1 burger for Pete’s sake! How hard is this! Ggggrrr!

Everyone knows the food… and you get what you pay for. But… this McD’s has the worst drive through in the area. Always check your order… mine is almost always wrong. If you go in, the experience is usually better. Free WiFi and TVs all around.

To whom it may concern, I urge you to please view security video and audio on 9÷23÷14 @ 8pm I went through the drive through at the 28100 Jefferson Ave Temecula, CA925900. No one answered the drive through, drove to 1st window no one there, drove to the second window nice young man apologized and took my order paid and waited. He then asked if I could park and wait in the reserve area, I indicated its late and no one assisted me initially. I didn’t want to be forgotten if I parked, so I preferred to wait at the window. There was one car behind me, the manager Cynthia came to the window and told me you need to move your car to the reserve area and I explained what happened and I preferred to wait at the window. She then became very upset and rolled her eyes and yelled«YOUNEEDTOMOVEANDWAITTHERE!» I work under stress and know to emotionally detach myself, I calmly replied I will not move you can either let me wait at the window for my food or refund me my money. Keep in mind my food was already ready, her co-worker placed it by the window next to her, Cynthia refunded my money and my 4 kids in the car went without food. It’s so sad to have a manager with such a horrible attitude and too much pride, this is not the position for her and unfortunately the longer you have her there will be a ripple affect towards McDonalds, I will no longer eat, buy, or promote McDonalds. I will actually be blogging and placing my experience on several different online review websites. I called twice last night after my experience 855−519−5780 left messages, until this day no one has called me back.

Let’s begin with the good part about this establishment. It was clean and super modern. Bad part: It took us 15 minutes to get our shakes yesterday! There was only one cashier who apologized for the wait but still we were both very upset about the service they provided!

Came here to grab some OJ and a hashbrown. They are so good are they not? Anyway this location is quick, the drive thru has a lot of room, and everyone seemed in good spirits. I find it sort of a bother that to use a card you have to also show your ID but my purse is a mess so it might be personal. Good location to get your fix!
