Best sausage on earth! Favorites are Sicilian, Bangers, Portuguese Hawaiian … every sausage I tried is on point. Still need to try the cajun, tripepper & jalapeño

I’m always down for trying new things, so when browsing through Unilocal for restaurants in Temecula I came across this gem. The lady behind the counter was friendly and informative. I ordered the bratwurst and pickled egg for a side, unfortunately they ran out of pickled egg but they were nice and offered me a side of chili instead. Great choice chili was fantastic and brat was nice and juicy. Strongly recommend. Will be returning to try other types of sausage

They also carry a full line of toppings, sauces and all kinds of extra goodies for your sausages. There is also a sausage club so if you enjoy them you can try different sausages, just like a wine club!
Mike and Sherri are the owners and they are very down to earth and genuinely love their customers and their product! If you are having a BBQ or want to impress friends, go pick up some of Mad Mikes sausages! You won’t be disappointed!

Everything that I have tried there can be described in one word: Amazing. The Hungarian, garlic chicken, Hawaiian, bratwurst, and apple & cinnamon sausages are all great. The mustards that are sold here are all great as is the bbq sauce. Mad Mike seems like he would be a grumpy guy, but is one of those guys with a good heart. If he is there talk to him and he will explain anything about his products with a passion.

Iv’e been buying sausages from Mad Mikes for many years. Both Mad Mike & his wife are 2 really nice people & they make some amazing sausages. Everything we have tried from them has been sooo good. I try to make it point to go regularly & stock up on sausages from them because the store bought stuff doesn’t even compare. Go support these great people — Farmer John I think not.

Now, as I said earlier, they also had good food. They had a few small eats and finger foods like Meatballs and Coconut Shrimp which were very yummy but the one thing that stood out was Crazy Mike’s Sausage Stand located in the middle of the Micro Brew. This guy is crazy and super enthusiastic about food which is always refreshing to see. There is always a line for the stand but it goes very quickly and in my opinion very worth the wait. When you get up to the front he quickly tells you about all the sausages and provides a tasting of different ones, including but not limited to; Tri Pepper, Fiesta Chicken, Pizza Sausage, Beer Barrel Bratwurst, Garlic Chicken. Overall Mad Mike was a great experience and my favorite thing he would say before you ate any of his sausage is «Smell it and Taste it!» Every single time he served it. And he is right it definitely adds to the experience. The Sausage ranged from «Mild to Wild and it was super yummy. I ended up buying the Fiesta Chicken it is super yummy and a good price for a pack for $ 7. They do ship out at well if you looking for great sausage for an event.
It was honestly a blast if you have never been to a micro brew I definitely think you should check one out. It was a great experience and if you have the chance to visit Catalina in September next year it was really cool place to go. It happens every year and if you decided to go let me know maybe I’ll see you there!

While out dining, have you found «Mad Mike’s Sausage» written in your restaurant menus? Most likely yes, because they’re appearing more and more… Old Vine Café, Surfas, Booster’s Sports Grill, N.B. Brew. Co., Mutt Lynch’s.
They are seriously the best sausages I’ve ever had! I don’t know what they put in ‘em, other than:
–Apple Cinnamon
–Black Pepper Cajun
–Garlic Chicken
–Jalapeño and other peppers!
And they sell more than just sausage – Marinades, dressings, sauces, glazes, check out their website! I’m pretty sure there are no retail stores, you’ve got to buy it online.
I first tried Mad Mike’s sausage at the Orange County Wine Society’s annual tasting event and was blown away. Mike is a big, jolly guy… they do private «tasting parties» for around $ 5/​person (says their website). It’s a must-​try!
