I have used Mr Kevin Leon for drafting my new house, but turned out to be disaster. He was very slow in response and was not quite familiar with city code. His style is more like try and error, but it was too slow and too costly. Worst part was he was not honest in the progress of the work, and lied that he submitted plan to city, and later turned out he didn’t. I ended up terminating his service, although I had to hire new draftman paying more money. If you need more information, I can provide more information from my experience.
