D & D Window Coverings

I did receive two of the window coverings, but not the rest. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and received a credit to my account for the deposit I paid. Never pay a deposit by check, always with a credit card. Also, try to get vendor to waive the deposit.

NEVER, EVER order blinds from these guys! I have worked with a lot of contractors, some pretty bad, but these guys take the cake! Doug and his crew don’t know what they’re doing, and they NEVER call back… worst of all, even though they «promised» they could handle my project, after 8 months, they just stopped returning my calls and walked away from the job. I had to call in a real contractor to finish what they started, and fix the stuff they did do. It only took one visit from a professional and couple of hundred dollars to fix this problem — something Doug and his team couldn’t accomplish in 8 months. Keep in mind that he orders his plastic, poor quality blinds from southeast Asia to «cut costs» and it shows… when they don’t fit, there is no recourse. My last contact with him, before he walked away from the job, was him looking me in the eye, shaking my hand, and promising me the job would be finished before Christmas. These guys are a joke and a waste of your time. DO NOT USE THEM no matter how «CHEAP» their quote is. With all the competition out there, I’m surprised these guys have stayed in business. Don’t be fooled by their «nice guy» persona… think «used car salesmen» and run away!

We had the best experience with D&D Window Coverings! Not only did that have the lowest price, but they had the best customer service! They had great quality options and installed them very quickly. They were extremely friendly and made it an enjoyable experience to work with them! We are very happy with our blinds and will definitely refer them to all our neighbors and friends!
