I’ve known Chad since I was one of his high school students from many years ago. Chad is one of the most honest and helpful people I have ever interacted with. As a prior English teacher, Chad’s communication and public speaking skills were always strong, but more importantly, Chad always patient and willing to help me with any confusion and difficulty I encountered in our previous interactions. I know that his persistence and work ethic permeates into everything that he does. Whenever I start looking for my dream home in the Bay Area, Chad’ll be the first person I call!

What an incredible guy! I never would have expected a realtor to actual pay for repairs on a home to make a happy customer. He’s very comprehensible and his willingness to walk me through, the most important decision of my life, was huge weight off my mind.
