From start to finish, Ray and his wonderful ladies ALWAYS take care of my wife and I. there is alot of unknown when it comes to jewerly shopping, and Ray absolutley operates in a professional and transparent manner, with answers to every question and soloutions to every problem. i have found a jeweler for life in Alexanders and recommend everyone to go see them!

Recently purchased a Omega Seamaster from here and the staff was friendly. Additionally, I was able to negotiate an extremely reasonable price on the watch and i’m very happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the young lady that assisted me was wearing a top that was questionable in the sense that my 8 year daughter clearly stated she could see the young ladies boobs. I appreciate a plunging neck line as much as the next red blooded guy but those were not the assets I was looking for when I came into their store.

Raymond and his staff are AMAZING! I’m SO picky when it comes to shoes and watches so you bet I was going to be super picky when it came to my wedding ring.
If you want a custom ring for a reasonable price, please go see Raymond! You won’t regret it. He even has a guy that goes back and forth between his other stores that can sometimes repair your jewelry.
We’ll never use another jeweler again!

This is our Family’s go to for fine quality Jewels. Everyone in the store is very knowledgable & helpful. Especially, Esmi, she’s awesome! Just walking in, you can tell that this is a Family owned store because they treat you like Family.
My Husband bought my engagement ring & bands here & I LOVE it! The quality & craftsmanship is superb.
Raymond is our guy, he’s always giving us exactly what we’re looking for & his price quotes are very reasonable… it’s no wonder why my Pops Bill is always showering my Mama with Ice lol
Also, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, tell Raymond & he will make it happen.

If I could give less then one star I would. I have brought my engagement ring and wedding bands here for different problems that have occurred and they had always done a fantastic job… The other day one of my diamonds fell out of my ring and I took there to have the diamond put back in and the prongs checked. When my husband went to pick it up the next day they handed him a completely different ring. When he told them that was not my wedding band they had the audacity to call him a liar. I will never take my jewelry to this business again. I am completely baffled by their lack of efficiency.

I can not say enough positive things about this store. Unfortunately, I lost a diamond out of my wedding band, due to a broken prong. I got 3 estimates in town and Alexander was not only the best price, but by far the best customer service. They were honest and fair. I also had my ring repaired the same day. It looks brand new again. I am wishing I had taken a before and after picture, as the difference is just so amazing to me. The store I purchased the ring from locally had quoted me almost 4 times the price for the same repair job.
Highly recommend!

This place is very nice don’t get me wrong however if you’re young this isn’t the best place to go. I’ve been here several times with my parents and grandparents and they were super helpful. However my fiancé and I recently went in to look at wedding rings and they weren’t as nice nor helpful.
We are very young (21) but they didn’t take us seriously at all and the woman who assisted me kept giving me a look like she thought I was trying to scam her or something. Needless to say unless your older don’t bother coming here.

«LOVE THESE GUYS» i have been buying jewelry from these guys for years they where recommended to me by my friends. I bought my wife wedding ring and bands from them the price i paid for the quality of diamond was just unbelievable. I since have send all my family and friends who where equally impressed. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Husband bought me a beautiful wedding ring there for our 10th anniversary. Spent a ton of money on a 4.5 carat TW ring. I took the ring in, as I always do, to have them check the diamonds and clean it. The center stone was cracked. Ok, my fault somehow. They had to grind the diamond down and I lost .10 carat. Then, all my side stones started falling out after they fixed the center stone. And they blamed it on me. They’d replace one, then another one would pop out two weeks later. The last time I had it in there I was very upset. The manager copped an attitude with me. But I did get him to finally admit it wasn’t my fault but the way the ring was designed. Well, you guys designed it. I have had it there SIX times and today another stone popped out. I’m done. I am so over this place. They will never get another penny out of me.

I went to their shop on last Friday with my wife and little girl. My wife wanted to buy a diamond ring. I must tell you they have very good collection of jeweleries and watches. They even repaired our wedding ring as it was damaged for some reasons.
Above all they well behaved and helped us buy the right thing. My little girl also liked the place a lot.

So we got our rings! They are gorgeous. We had the rings customized because we wanted to incorporate a mix of black and white diamonds in both of the rings. Every time we go in there, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free appraisal to give to the insurance company if we ever had to make a claim!
Overall, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Alexanders.
If I can ever figure out how to upload pictures, I will put our rings up! :)

Exquisite Jewelry… Custom Designs… Wonderful Staff. Our whole family loves the jewelry we had had designed at Alexander’s. My mom has and anniversary ring, I have a two-​tone diamond bracelet, my husband has a 5 diamond wedding band, and my dad has a eight diamond princess cut two tone ring! The whole staff is warm and welcoming. The service and quality are outstanding and a cut above all the chain retailers. Get Custom not cookie cutter!
