Not a company I will do business with again. They must be out of business no one returns calls !

I had awful stains on my carpet from my cats that were marking certain areas in my guest room, dining room, office and living room. After I contacted Advanced Cleaning Solutions, Tim the company owner came out the same day to give a quote. He explained how his company used a special treatment for pet stains to remove the underlying stain and odor that a basic carpet cleaning would not remove. I scheduled an appointment where he and his associate Tom worked for several hours on my carpets, treating each pet stain individually. I was impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness. I had also scheduled the cleaning of my air duct, but after providing the service then determining the ducts were not that dirty, I wasn’t charged for that service which was unexpected. I would recommend this company. The stains have not returned, and the carpets still look great. The company even sent out Christmas cards, which was a nice gesture and a reminder to myself to post this review. :)

Big shout out and thanks to Ernie, Tim, and Tom. We just had a puppy diagnosed with Parvo and is at the vet in ICU fighting for his life. We also have 2 other dogs at home that luckily were cleared and not sick. Aside from the emotional aspect of having a very sick pup, we also have to completely sterilize our home — inside and out — carpet, tile, garage, yards, everything. I contacted Ernie and these guys came out on a moments notice, worked with me and got my home completely cleaned. This was a huge load off my mind and help put me at ease knowing my pups would stay safe and my puppy would be safe when he got home. These guys not only did an amazing job, but showed they care about their clients and that it isn’t about making money, but relationships. Seriously if you have a need to restore, clean, or freshen up your home, call them and you will be just as impressed as I am. Thank you again Ernie, Tim, and Tom for caring.

I called Advanced Tile & Grout Cleaning after finding them on Unilocal… Tim, the owner, a retired Marine returned my call right away… I explained to him that I had a few rooms with pet spots that needed to be cleaned/​deodorized and my granite countertops needed to be restored as they had a lot of water spots on them and list its shine… I was quoted a very good price over the phone to address both issues so we scheduled a day and time for a crew to be at my home… I was surprised to see Tim, the owner show up and perform the work himself… I am a retired Marine and I appreciated his Attention to Detail! Tim vacuumed and prepped the carpet and placed corner guards on the walls… All the pet spots were cleaned and the odor is completely eliminated! The other 2 guys taped off all of my cabinets, floors and appliances in the kitchen and then cleaned, sealed and polished all the granite countertops… They look GREAT! I was amazed at the workmanship and the short amount of time it took to complete the jobs… I was afraid that I would have to re-​carpet to get these pet odors out… My wife is very happy with the end result… I am planning on calling them back to have them clean my dryer vents and sanitize my HV/​AC ducts… I couldn’t recommend anyone else other then Advanced Tile and Grout Cleaning.
