*this is the message I sent to corporate I just left one of your stores and I must say that I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service and my overall experience. My daughter and I entered the store and were not greeted by anyone. We continued on throughout the store and were never offered any assistance. After selecting several items I wandered around looking for the fitting room. I looked for an employee to assist me with opening one of the fitting rooms because they were locked. Instead what I found were a group of employees conversing amongst each other. They did not acknowledge my presence until I spoke and informed one of the employees that I needed a fitting room. He sent an employee to open the door. She was not cordial and it appeared that she was bothered that I had interrupted her conversation with the group. At no time did anyone come to see if I needed any assistance. After exiting the fitting room, I went to look at some additional items before heading to the register. Once again, I was offered no assistance. I had a question and had to go find an employee to get an answer. I’m not sure why I was treated in this manner. Perhaps the employees felt I couldn’t afford the clothing, or maybe it was my race. In any case, a customer should not have to wonder these things while shopping. Hopefully these employees have managers that actually care about customer service. When you pay $ 78 for a pair of jeans, the customer should at the very least be greeted by the employees.

My recent experience at this store truly rates a double zero. The team members are not interested in helping you at all rolling of the eyes and complete ignorance of the inventory and helping you is the last thing they kids are interested in doing… Spend your time and money somewhere else!!! Unless u wanna pay way tooo much for a t-shirt and cheap cologne. They are over privileged children playing patty chat with each other not willing to help answer a quick question about sizing. BIGDISAPPOINTMENT

This store has horrible customer service they NEVER want to help anyone when they try to return something. I spent $ 400 here and two jeans of mine didn’t fit right and they would not help me, any other location id say is way better than this one. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this store.

Just like every other A&F store you can smell their cologne/body sprays about 25 ft before entering the store(really, my only complaint, after 15 Minutes in here I need fresh air) My sister loves this place, so everytime we are at the mall she«must» go in. Of course that means she will see a top or sweats or sweater, etc she«must» have. The prices are typical and unless you find clearance items be prepared to spend at least $ 40.00(if you’re lucky and don’t have a teenage shopaholic with you). This last time they had a sale so hoodies were half off(orig.$ 50) and sweats were 20% off(orig.$ 58.00).be prepared to reach up and stand on your tippie toes. Some things are pretty high up, so you may have to ask some one to pull them down(I’m 5’6) Don’t be shy about asking, they’ve always been very gracious when helping us out.

I’ve never experienced a terrible sales experience at an A & F store, so I don’t really know where their bad rap comes from. As you can see, I’m fairly Asian sooo… yeah. This store is probably what you would consider«high-end» for Temecula. Sad I know, but true nonetheless. I like to shop here for shorts, t-shirts, and belts. Everything else is fairly over-priced. Especially when you consider that you can go to Old-Navy and spend considerably less on similar items(but you’ll never see me in an Old Navy). The items I do purchase are always on clearance. As I always like to say, nothing beats 70% off! I’ll never pay $ 40 for a pair of shorts. Just be patient and wait for things to hit the sale rack. The employees here keep the store incredibly clean and organized, so finding those sale items will be hassle-free. Never pay full price…

Alas, the only A&E store I don’t see a damn stroller to trip on because the mom with 4283749827398 kids decided to pay a visit. +1 for you A&E of Temecula. Found a few great deals in his store. The workers were not as snobby as one would normally interpret from a A&E store(I.E, Fashion Valley) and actually help you find the exact same thing you want, whether it’s calling up a entirely different store in San Diego.(I couldn’t remember the name of the girl that helped me, but she was a petite brunette, and really persistant about finding a certain shirt i wanted. props to her.) The only con I have is how some things(particularly, the clearance items) were too high for me(or most anyone else) to even reach. I had to ask another worker to get it for me to look through them, then she told me set them on the couch so she could put it back up later.(note: you’re supposed to be selling clothes, not preventing people from even looking at them)

I found a really nice hoodie here that I’ve been wearing a lot so I guess I’m getting my money’s worth. I had very little difficulty finding my size inside this store, and the only time I needed a question answered one of the employees was really helpful. The store is kept neat and it’s never been too busy when I’ve shopped here. Overall, it’s a very good shopping experience.
