This place is great! Food was good and the lunch menu price can’t be beat. Like $ 5.30+tax and they even gave me a can soda.

They are extremely rude. I’ve been going to them at least once a week for 6 months or so. They are not pleasant at all! The food is good and fairly consistent though over the past couple of months declining.

This is the first Chinese take out in Teaneck that is really good. Food is fresh, not greasy and delivered door to door.

Best Chinese spot in town! If you looking for fresh food, good costumer service you’ve found the right spot. I’m currently eating vegetable fried rice with shrimp in garlic sauce. I just had to stop eating for a second to Unilocal how good this food is!

Great food! Exceeded my not so humble expectations. Getting my order in was a bit lumpy — but delivery was super speedy and the food was steamy hot. Ordered when I was hungry so I over did it. That said, portions were huge and at reasonable prices. Give these guys a try — you won’t be disappointed.

Teaneck residents are very loyal to their chinese restaurants. Before Great Wall, bobo kitchen was the place that my family and cousins got chinese food from. Since they merged with great wall I haven’t had any complaints and the quality never dipped.

I thoroughly enjoy the food at Great Wall Kitchen. It is my favorite Chinese food in the area.(And possibly anywhere.) The food is delicious. The price and portion sizes are reasonable. The staff is friendly.

My favorite take out Chinese restaurant, been a customer for a decade. Fresh vegetables, tasty brown rice, really nice people.

I live right around the corner and I have been going here for over 10 years and i have never been disappointed with the food i have ordered. I usually order chicken or beef with broccoli, and the brocolli always is fresh.

Just one word AMAZING. On the exterior it may seem like any other Chinese food restaurant, but it’s not. I’ve been eating here for years and I must say this place comes second to none! When I first moved here I was recommended to eat here by neighbors and friends, and I’ve never trusted them more. NEVER dissatisfied. Truly, those that left bad marks are ridiculous! They are probably one of those who are never satisfied and purposely looking for something negative to say. Everything is worth trying, as everything is relatively affordable, but the chicken wings are to die for! No one does them better than them. Try this place out for yourself; its worth it!

I’m a sucker consistency(who isn’t, right?) and that they are not. Sometimes the food is great, others I can’t even bring myself to eat the food I buy. Tried to hold off on leaving such a bad review but I’ve given up on this place.

Where are these 5 star reviews coming from??? Worst Chinese in Teaneck(next to ChopStix). Food is greasy and they overload dish with onions to hide theres no meat. If I could give negative stars I would.- DON’T GOHERE.

If I had to choose between Great Wall or Cathay Coast, then I’d pick the location closest to me at the moment. What Great Wall does better than most take-out spots is their usage of fresh ingredients. Another key aspect I require is cooking without MSG. Their Shrimp Toast is fantastic, it’s a fat guy’s dream. It’s four to an order, and eating all four is a tremendous indulgence. Everything else I’ve ordered has been comparable in flavor to Cathay Coast. They also give free cans of soda based on how much you spend. If you spend more than $ 30, then 2 cans are awarded. Just don’t go looking for anything other than Coca-Cola products. You’ll be disappointed. Parking can be an issue, but you can probably park in the CVS lot across the street if there aren’t any spots on Queen Anne. Do try the Shrimp Toast…

I tried ordering take out here after reading the high reviews but what a disappointment. I felt the food I ordered had terrible flavor, or lack there of. The hot and sour soup was blan, as was the chow fun. The eggplant in the chicken and eggplant was strangely breaded and didn’t have much chicken. The chicken fried rice was however decent. I wish there was more flavorful in what I ate… maybe I ordered the wrong items…

Stopped by at 11am… took a few photos while I waited for my egg roll and Cold Sesame Noodles. The egg roll exterior was crispy. Loved it. The noodles were great. Will definitely be back. Enjoy photos of the restaurant.

I’m not understanding the good reviews… it was okay at best. For the first time, I completely understood the eating a Chinese meal and being hungry 5 minutes later — and this is never a response I’ve had. Yes, delivery was fairly fast and hot, and prices were reasonable. However, none of us enjoyed our lunch specials very much, and they actually forgot part of one of the specials. I’m sorry to say that I can’t see trying it again.

Having to feed a half a dozen volunteers quickly I Unilocaled Chinese takeout in the area and saw this place had unusually high ratings and reviews I bought general tso’s, shrimp fried rice, veggie lo mein, and seafood club and everyone loved it. They were all surprised by how good it was. IMO key to takeout Chinese is high turnover and this place is a local favorite which means they get a lot of business. More customers means fresher ingredients and it’s also cooked very well. The food has that hot wok flavor and the sauces are flavorful and well seasoned. You don’t get the soggy veggies, stale refried ingredients, over greased or sickly sweetened glop that is the bane of takeout Chinese all at a really good price. This place is also at a really nice food intersection. You have Bagel Twist next door that is very popular locally with good, fresh bagels and sandwiches, really good Greek food at Vasili’s across the street, great Korean fried chicken place Peck Peck across Degraw Ave, Japanese food @ Zen Lounge and Yakotori right next to it.

#1 Chinese Takeout in the area. Friendly service, fresh vegetables and fast delivery. The rice and dishes are consistently hot and just cooked. You can tell they care. This is now the only Chinese Takeout I order from. Don’t bother with other local Chinese Takeouts(Jade Lee Chinese Kitchen, Lily Garden Chinese Restaurant, Bogota Chinese Kitchen and Hunan Wok). Recommended: Chicken & Broccoli, Boneless Spare Ribs

My #1 choice for Chinese take out in Bergen county. It’s not greasy yet full of flavor. I also like their unique ingredients. For example in their club seafood dish they add white wine to the white sauce and in their lo mein they use wood ear mushrooms.
