McDonald’s

I visit this McDonald’s more frequently then I should. Aside from a few mishaps and a couple bad fries over the years, overall they do pretty well. I also order special items or make changes and take things off sandwiches and they very rarely mess up. Don’t be afraid to ask for fresh fries! You may have to wait but they have no problem doing it for you.

This is one of my favorite McDonald locations. I take my 3yr old there about once a week after preschool as she loves the playroom. The play area is perfect for her age versus some of the other locations as she is pretty small and the room is kept quite clean. I always have my newborn with me and they always offer to help carry my tray to our table and the staff is very polite.

BEWARE !!! Stop eating here they charged me .25c for extra lettuce and they didn’t even put any on it jut three pieces iof shredded lettuce bought also 20 pc mcnuggets and try won’t give me an extra sauce they said I can only have three I wasn’t asking for take out sauce was just askin 1 more 30c

Not a very pleasant experience. Seems to be the most expensive mcdonalds I’ve ever been to lol gratefully, service was decent. Besides that they almost for my kids milkshakes and that everything was cold when I got it. I usually like to munch on fries while I’m driving back because a fresh French fry is super delicious and I was very disappointed at how cold they were just leaving their driveway. I will try to avoid this mcdonalds as much as possible.

I’m only giving this 2 stars cos their coffee is hot. Last winter I stopped goin their for coffee cos they always screw it up. How hard is dbldbl with Splenda? I started giving it another try thinking maybe it’s new people who actually read the board. Nope they don’t give a crap either. When the girl at the drive thru gives u ur coffee she slams that window so quick cos she knows it’s wrong & doesn’t want to hear it. Too bad because every business has to depend on it’s regular customers but I’ll be at Tims or Dunkins I’ve given them to many chances:(

I don’t eat pork, so I started by order by asking what the steak sandwich was made out of. I was 90% sure it was beef, but I wanted to be sure since you can get just about anything in a steak. The cashier didn’t know. No big deal; she asked the manager, who told me to go look at the nutritional facts. I knew nutritional facts did not contain ingredients, but I humored her anyway. Sure enough, no joy. I approached the manager again with my situation, and she told me to call the corporate office. a) We are from Canada, and I’m not interested in placing a long distance call to corporate, costing me a buck a minute b) I don’t have fucking day. She told me to just order something else, at which point she just seemed idiotic. How does the manager not know what kind of meat their own product has? Is she trying to hide that the burger contains gator meat or what? The cashier was nice and apologetic about the situation, and I ended up ordering an Egg McMuffin. As it turns out, my Egg McMuffin had a lot of egg shell in it. I was not even going to bring it up because I was almost finished — and honestly I didn’t want to deal with that manager anymore — but the waitress saw me picking shit out of my sandwich and told me she would get me another, again profusely apologizing for the situation from before. Had it not been for the waitress, this would be a one-​star review. She made the entire experience so much more bearable, and it became insanely obvious by the way she kept apologizing for her manger’s mistake that her manager is an asshat.

After a shoddy (had to keep it clean) EXPENSIVE experience there, I am ONLY giving them another chance because of the way my complaint was handled. Great customer service!

Drive thru took forever tonight… You would think with tiger playoff maybe they wouldn’t be as slow

Service was fast and friendly. Food was… well it was McDonalds.
