My son scheduled his appointment one year ago at his last appointment. He has been going there for years. I received an email on 9÷3÷15 asking to confirm his appointment for 10⁄3. As he would not have his work schedule until today I did not respond. I received another email last week and again today. When I clicked to confirm today received message that appointment was no longer available. I called and woman confirmed this. Very poor business practice.

I purchased my glasses at Sears and was pleased with the Service and quality. At first I found it was very difficult to keep the glasses on my head. Instead I would hang them from my collar, or put them in my coat pocket. So fir this reason I suggest purchasing the extended warrantee package, saved me a bundle after damaging my first pair.
