I am not only disappointed in the customer service but I also paid 2.00 over the cost of regular STANDARD shipping to send a pair of socks out! The man at the desk never provided me a tracking number. He said he would email it to me. Never did. I called back and he said he would get right on it. Never did. Not in my junk mail either. What a rip off… I am an EBay seller and need to provide tracking for my customers. Major small business fail. Avoid and go to Staples or USPS.

Great place to go to if you hate the long lines at the post office! Very friendly guy, but dont expect the prices to be cheaper here than any other shipping locations.

If you are looking to mail or ship something, you are absolutely better off doing it at the post office, or directly with UPS or FedEx. A couple of months ago, I sold a collectible trading card on eBay, and stopped by this location to see if shipping it out there would be worth avoiding the trip across town to the post office. I don’t remember the specific price, but it was more than twice as expensive to ship the item from this location than the post office. The clerk was not very helpful, and snapped at me when I politely declined to purchase shipping services from him due to price.
