Worst DD in the area. Both the newer and older DD on Winthrop st have horrible service. The drive through at the old one is so slow and they are very rude. Chatting with each other and never getting the order correct. The newer one is always out of whatever I order. Ice tea, ice coffee, etc. I always go there about an hour before closing and they don’t have anything brewed. I get that they want to leave on time but I can’t believe the owner allows it. I avoid winthrop st,

Every time I visit Boston, DD is an absolute must as it’s not on the west coast anymore. I’m in love with everything. It’s just perfect for me and I’d take it over Starbucks every time. Great place.

Awful drive-thru service and wait time. We ordered 2 drinks & a café’ sandwich to share; asked for the sandwich to be cut in half & response was«no problem»…too bad it wasn’t done and we had to rip the turkey & cheese with our hands. Only 1 car was in front of us when we ordered… by the time we finally got through and on our way, no lie, 10 minutes had passed. We looked behind us as we drove off, 3 cars now waiting… silently said to ourselves in reference to them, «Don’t do it! Go to Honey Dew(next door) instead!»

While I am not the biggest fan of hot Dunkin Donuts coffee, I do enjoy it iced. I absolutely love coffee and often enjoy it hot, just not from Dunkin Donuts. Just a personal preference, which does not reflect in my rating of this location. I visited this location’s drive through today, and purchased a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream for my daughter, a large iced decaf coffee with milk and one sugar, and a large iced coffee with milk for myself. Now I am a big believer that people should get at the window exactly what they order through the microphone at the menu, but many locations just can’t get it right. They either don’t listen, don’t care, or are embarrassed to tell you they couldn’t understand you. This location, however, gets the order right about 9 times out of 10. I am rarely disappointed here, and I have frequenting this location for more than 15 years. While I was in the drive through line, one of the employees came outside and began emptying the restaurant’s outdoor trash barrels. He was careful not to spill trash onto the ground, and what did fall, he picked up. He also asked me if I had any trash I would like to get rid of since he was emptying the trash anyway. I thought that was very nice of him, good customer service which extended beyond what he was required to do. Just be careful entering the parking lot by the Dunkin Donuts entrance, there are two parking lots which join right where the entrance is, and people don’t always pay attention.
