This is the best Peets ever! Everytime I come in I feel like it’s home. Chanel is always full of energy and makes the BEST drinks!!! The group in general is awesome!!!

I was unfamiliar with Peet’s Coffee until recently I stopped by to grab a cup and I was finally able to understand why people around here love it so much! Delicious coffee, no doubt. Also, in this particular location, staff is super friendly and fast. It’s never too crowded; I personally haven’t experienced any wait longer than 5 min(I came once and they had to brew some more coffee) even in the early morning! I love coming here, I am 100% satisfied with the whole experience!

If you want the best coffee in the valley come here. They are super friendly and the drinks are delicious! Just had a sugar free mocha latte and it was so yummy! And I love that the pour the drinks right in front of you, very cozy environment :)

One of the best Peet’s I’ve been to. Staff is always super friendly and coffee is always excellent. They really seem to adhere to the 30min fresh brewed coffee standard, which is nice.

So I am a big fan of this coffee shop. Reminds me of the coffee shops from back in the day, you know before the corporate capitalistic cups of coffee were being thrown at you via drive thru. If you come here often enough guys like Cary and Kevin will great you by your name and with a genuine hello or wassup! Can’t recall all the staff by name but they are all customer oriented and are running with positive frequencies. Besides the comfort factor of this shop, they have some of the best tasting coffee out here hands down.

Love this Peets so much. There is one barista in particular who makes the best drinks. I think his name is Bret and has glasses. I worked a coffee shop for 5 years so I would know a good latte.

First and foremost, the coffee is delicious. I had a soy caramel latte that was 10x sweeter than Starbucks without having to ask for any extra anything. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was greeted when I entered and made sure to be taken care of while I was waiting for a friend. The only downside is this locations parking lot is always packed and small, but some circling will get you a spot.

If there was a Peet’s Coffee and Tea closer to my house/work, I’d go there every day for my coffee fix instead of Starbucks. The location I went to this day was at the Glendale Galleria, but i’ve received amazing customer service no matter which location i’ve visited. Even though the line that day was super long, the cashier was quick to take and sometimes serve orders, super nice. Helped me with my order, i’m still a noob when it comes to Peet’s. I always get the large cold brew which is delicious. I don’t know if they ‘outsource’ their coffee or it’s the way they prepare it, something about it just makes me happy. I really love their coffee. It’s a little acidic, but with some half and half and some stevia, good to go. So delicious. I will be coming to this location whenever i’m in the galleria for sure.

While things have changed the coffee and service have not. Still the best place to get coffee in the West Valley. Currently their baristas are even learning how to do latte art. Get coffee at Starbucks prices but the quality of an indie coffee house. Right here in the neighborhood.

This is my favorite Peet’s location(and I’ve tried a lot)! Thank you to the Tarzana staff for always being so warm and welcoming. I usually stop by on my lunch break so it’s really nice to see your friendly smiles before I head back to the office. Also … MAJORPROPS need to be given because this staff right here makes the BEST cold brew. I love Peet’s cold brew and have ordered it in several locations. Tarzana makes it the best and consistently too. I’ve had some good ones in Studio City and Beverly Hills, but they’re not consistent like Tarzana. This staff brews it just right and with the perfect amount of chicory simple syrup(which in my opinion is what sets Peet’s cold brew apart from other coffee brands).

I love fresh cup of coffee to start my morning and Peets Coffee in Tarzana is the best place for that. Coffee is deep and rich, place is clean and has great parking. Every employee are friendly, helpful, carrying people… They are very good at their jobs and create very inviting atmosphere… They get thing done fast and right. Each cup of coffee is poured w heart! Large variety of pastries is a big plus! Thank you and please visit this location!

Quality coffee! I always enjoy purchasing peet’s coffee in whole bean form, k-cups, or grounded for brewing at home but when there’s an actual location near by presenting the opportunity for their skilled baristas to make it for me, I wouldn’t pass on it! The quality of their coffee is really good! Flavors are mixed very well. This location is very clean and staff are very welcoming. Their pastries are hearty and taste fresh. There are a few tables inside which make it a good location for meetings, review sessions, maybe writing the next big screenplay, etc. I’m so happy my company moved walking distance from Peet’s!

(keep in mind i only spent one hour at the location– do your own investigation but these are my observations) At first i didn’t understand the laid back atmosphere and style, almost kinda like a throw back to the 90’s, but after i left, it hit me and i realized that they are different then the others(Staffing, style and employee practices right away seemed different– more like a mom and pop business model). When I first walked in someone said hi to me and took my order, Ice Blended Mocha with whip and it was made fast. I watched closely because i knew i would be writing a review but they didn’t. The girl that blended the drink poured it not all the way to the top which could have been more drink in my favor. And i don’t mean to be cheap but this is for the reviews sake the top part of the cup is the biggest portion of the cup and if missed, say an inch off could be considerable loss and i saw that. In the end the drink tasted great! Just short. I noticed the straws are super thin which made me think right away watch for the portions, they might be small. Which also put me on guard. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the prices are higher then other places. In the end after i sat for an hour on my computer, watching the staff and the customers(clientele) the atmosphere won me over and i forgot about the problems and i over came all the obstacles as a customer and had a great experience.

Cute little coffee shop, has a Coffee Bean with a lil extra hominess feel to it. Good selections of coffee, tea, pastries and muffin. I even spotted a Vegan muffin. The cashier was super friendly, I didnt care for the barista guy. I had requested some chocolate swirl on top of my drink and apparently wasn’t charged for it. So when the barista dude handed me my drink, he made sure and informed me that he would let it go this time, but they charge extra for that. It was rude! Your gonna sweat me for a tiny chocolate swirl on top? Really? What for like 50 cents? I hope he isn’t an owner because his vibe sucks and so does his customer service skills. He should have just let it go and made sure the cashiers know to charge everyone in the future. But to leave a bad taste in my mouth over what amounts to less than a dollar really wasnt worth the bad review I’m writing. Five stars is for the drink and the cashier, I gave the overall rating 3 stars because it’s cute and quaint inside, the barista gets zero stars for his attitude. The parking sucks too.

Got their medium almond milk latte. The almond milk is a little sweet so it a great add on to an espresso. I don’t like very sweet drinks so this was good.

This was my first time at Peets. I enjoyed my delicious peppermint hot chocolate. Chris, sweetest guy, he made a peppermint mocha the first time but he was so sweet and apologetic and he made my actual requested drink. I also got a lemon poppy seed slice, but they don’t have a microwave unfortunately. Overall, great experience and good food!

Whoa, talk about GREAT customer service! I know Peets is technically a chain but you really get that«family owned» feel from the baristas here. I was greeted right away and the gentlemen who took my order was so kind and polite! I decided to try a small cinnamon hazelnut latte. My order was done pretty quickly and finished with some beautiful latte art. The drink was delicious– you can tell they use good quality espresso. I didn’t expect much from my visit but was totally impressed by the quality of service and beverages! Such a great coffee shop!

Peet’s is my number 1, my número uno, mon ami, my amigo — I mean, it’s my favorite coffee chain. Besides that, this place is about as good as it gets and it starts with excellent customer service, the aforementioned great coffee, and add to that — an excellent place to people watch — you got yourself a winner. The downside? A bit small, and parking can be quite a challenge. If you’re an earlier riser, you’ll have no problem.
