Dr Gu Xu Ping PHD Omd Lac

I visited Dr. Ping today and overall I am happy with my results. She listened VERY carefully to my symptoms and concerns. She made a few suggestions and we went right into acupuncture and electromagnetic pulsation. She was very gentle and matter of fact. Her prices are a little competitive, but she provides a superbill for insurance. I must say I enjoyed my visit and cannot wait to go back so I can continue on my journey to feeling better. The office is quaint and she shares it with other doctors. She is rather pleasant. Her English is not amazing, so listen carefully and be clear about what you want and what she is instructing you to do. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant.
On another note, I must warn you about the parking in the building parking garage. The parking attendant/​company is a RIP OFF! The guy insisted I needed to pay $ 7.00 for 2 hours, then after I paid, he said you stayed 2 hrs and 15 mins, so its $ 7.00! They only take cash and the guy is a bully! If there is one thing I hate more than liars, are bullies! 2:30 — 4:40pm is 2 hrs and 10mins! The parking is a joke and its $ 1.25 for the first half hour! Who do you know is going to see a doctor for 30 mins! Hell, it takes 30 mins for the doctor to get into the room with you! It costs less than that to go or park at the mall or even at the grove in LA with validation! So, I am completely disgusted and vow to park on the street at the meter. I’d rather risk the ticket than be ripped off. At least I can depend on the parking meter to be closer to accuracy than he. When I visit again, I bet I wont give that parking garage another dime of mine! Its pathetic. They prey on the people that must use the garage and all the doctors in that buildings’ patients. I left the appointment feeling great, but left the building disgusted!

I’d never tried acupuncture before, but my Dr. recommended I try this Dr. I’m so glad she did! Everyone on the staff is sooo friendly! Dr. Gu Xu Ping really cares and listens to her patients. I was a little nervous about getting needles stuck all over my back and shoulder, but she assured me that she would not hurt me, AND SHE WAS RIGHT! Excellent technique! The massage therapist, Angie, IS ALSO AMAZING! I want to take her home! LOL I’m finally, in over 8 years of chronic pain in my lower back and several epidurals, getting some relief! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office/​Dr. I can not express how happy I am with her and the staff here.
