Phone was ready when it was promised to be ready. Overall, the experience was good. The price is very reasonable and competitive with other repair stores. My iPhone is now fixed and in good shape so I am a happy customer. Plus they were open on super bowl Sunday!

Came in here after shopping around at all the other iPhone screen repair places. They all had reviews that made me question the level of service I would receive. Dr. Digital had 5 stars with over 400 reviews. In this day and age when you can maintain that level of customer satisfaction you are definitely doing something right. I came in and my phone was ready within 15 minutes! Sam was excellent! Repaired my phone fast and efficiently. Also learned that they do computer repair. Looks like I’m coming back. Dr. Digital is by far the BEST cell phone repair place out there! I was able to get my father’s iPhone 6 repaired very quickly! Best of all, their prices are the most reasonable and cost effective out there compared to the few others I had contacted previously-​they repair your phone with the most high-​end products and not those cheap flimsy ones that end up breaking after a few clicks or a week later.

I shattered ((completely shattered)) my wifes iphone 5s, no one was able to fix due to the major damage i made ((dont ask why i did it)). Was able to locate this Great location, Dr.Digital. Called them and they were up for the challenge to fix the phone. Comfort zone right at the front door. Greeted by Juda and Sam, great guys and straight forward, from what they are capable of doing and pricing. After looking at the phone and the major damage and listening to my sorry story on how it broke. They kept their words and fixed it, phone looks brand new, i actually miss looking at it broken. So, I dropped my iPhone 6 and the screen shattered. I brought it in and they replaced the screen in less than 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the touch sensitivity was a little glitchy… BUT they replaced it right away and threw in a free screen protector for me since I had to wait again. The new screen is perfect. No shattered glass and no glitches! :)

Update: This is my 4^th time using Dr. Digital since I am a total clutz. They always come through with a fast & cost effective repairs. Hopefully I have learned my lesson and don’t break my phone again but if I do — I will be here!

I don’t usually write reviews. But, in our tech world today, I’d rather have my phone and laptop, over my car! So, it is very important that we all have a place to call HOME, for all our electronic needs!
After a crazy evening, I had the worst water damage done to my MacBook Pro… which IS MY LIFE AND WORK… and my iPhone 6 was destroyed! I have been coming to Sam and Judah for almost a year now! I make the trip from aways, just to get their service.
This time, there was little hope in my heart for my Mac to be fixed, and I did not expect any luck with my iPhone 6 either. It was shattered, but, I did not want to get into contract and or sign up for another 2-​year contract to get another iPhone.
Dr. Digital to the rescue!!! I was crossing my fingers, and after only a week, Judah and Sam fixed what the Apple store was going to charge me $ 850 for… and were not even friendly, but arrogant! Judah & Sam FIXEDDDDD!!! ALLLLL my work, like new! Completely fixed and saved my LIFE!!! My MacBook was saved, and saved me SOOO much $$$$.
Judah and Sam are more than efficient and perfectionist, they are SAVIORS in the tech world! The Valley is lucky to have such a business in our neighborhood! Yes, there are great stores and plenty of repair for cheap stores, everywhere, but, it’s about QUALITY! These guys are beyond QUALITY.
My iPhone? Sam and Judah gave me a price that could not be beat, so, for the less than what I could have ever dreamed of, I got my MacBook and iPhone (brand new), and walked out the happiest guy in the Valley!!! No exaggeration!
I not only highly recommend Dr. Digital to anyone and everyone that cares as much as I do about their electronics, but, I recommend using your $$ to invest in businesses that invest in US!!!
