Love this place. Delicious food and service… my 11 year old loves the hummus and tongue appetizer. Yes, that’s correct, he’ll eat the exotic dishes. Anyway, I always enjoy the kabobs. Priced reasonably for the volume of the entrees, we’ll be back very soon.

I work at the dental office in the same plaza as these guys, and have recently been picking this place for my lunch over the Subway next door! My favorite lately has been the falafel pita — inexpensive, filling, and soooo good!

Great food and service! The owner was very nice and respectful. The bread was the best! Nothing like real Lebanese food.

I have ordered from Café Du Liban twice and both times I was super impressed with the food, prices and the service. Recently I had Fattoush Salad, lentil soup and Spinach pies and everything was delicious! I ordered to go and everything was ready in 10 minutes. The owner was there and was friendly and very welcoming even though I came at almost 10pm.

LOVETHISPLACE !! As you may know, I rarely give 5 stars… but when you eat something and you just don’t want to STOP… that’s GOOD food ! I only ordered a few dishes so far — but my favorite of all is the LAMBTONGUE Laffa… just amazingly good… your taste buds will cry from happiness… And he does the Laffa himself… on the spot … so there’s just none better… so freshly yummy. Owner is a friend and I always appreciate him giving his best in every dish he makes. Prices are affordable and the place itself is usually quiet… just the way I like it ! I am a regular there and will keep coming every chance I get and I suggest you do too !! :)

The food here is 5 stars, hands down. Best hummus in all of SFV! Chicken sandwich on laffa bread is filling & super tasty. Location leaves a little bit to be desired. But if you don’t mind freeway noise & bustle of a busy parking lot, not a problem. This is one of my top 3 go to places, but I know not to go when I am hungry because service can be painfully slow. Family owners can be kind and warm to the customers, but more than once there have been family disputes loud & obvious enough to make the dinning experience uncomfortable. Says a lot about the food that I overlook all of this for the quality of the food.

Excellent and tasty food. For this first time we ordered for delivery but we were positively surprised by the food quality and the attention to the presentation despite it was not set on a plate. Last, the portions are very generous! Probably my best Mediterranean restaurant experience in the valley area so far.

I stop by here regularly as I charge my electric car at the DWPDC QuickCharger right across the street. Rosie and son John will make you feel right at home. My favorite so far is the Laffa gyro. They make the laffa right there, and it is smoking good. Nice little café with seating out front. Cool vibe. We will definitely be back soon!

The only thing that was good is the chicken. I ordered a few different items for delivery to my house. They did bring it little sooner than estimated. The hummus is way too sour and so is the tabooli salad. I got mushroom hummus as well because I tried it at another place where it was amazing, but here it’s not good at all. Really wanted to like this place because it’s close to home and their menu options are decent. Everyone’s experience is different, but this is what mine was.

Eccentric Lebanese food with a fench twist. Frog legs, quail, chicken liver and the usual beef/chicken dishes. Pretty yummy. The owners also cook and serve. Very friendly. Kind of feels like you are in another country. Dare to be different eat @ Café Du Liban

Yum yum! Only place my 4 year old loves to eat at. And don’t have to force feed him like I do with other restaurants… Loves the chicken and rice.;)

My trip here was based solemnly on Unilocal reviews, and I’m so glad I listened to my fellow Unilocalers. I ordered the chicken kabob & a side of hummus. The portions are very generous and delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly. Moist and savory. They also don’t shy away from giving you a pack of pita bread to pair with their amazing hummus. Illan? I’m not sure how to spell his name correctly, however I presume the owner, threw in a free piece of home made baklava into my to go order. Yes I ordered to go and their food tasted just as good as I can imagine it does in house. Will definitely be back and take advantage of their delivery service !

Charming, cozy, and exotic, Café Du Liban is the perfect dining place when you are tired of all the continental food around town. This is a family-owned and operated restaurant. The chef/owner, came out of the kitchen to greet and answer questions, then went back to cooking the very meal for You. The lady of the house also went around to entertain guests with her witty and warm personality. You’d feel relaxed and at home right away. And the food… ooohhh it was lovely! Appetizer — Hummus, creamy and smooth, scooped with crispy thin laffa bread and enjoy. Greek salad– Tomato, lettuce, cucumber, tossed with citrus dressing(see photo). Healthy and refreshing. Lamb chop– I took the chef’s recommendation and immensely enjoyed this very juicy and tender course of meat. The spice in the dish and the Lebanese music in the air made me forget that it was a cold rainy night in Tarzana. Rosy, the lady of the house held my hand to the desert counter and explained each sweet item. I was intoxicated by her humor and picked the«sexy dessert”– a cold tiramisu-like layered sweet pudding in a small cup. «Dig deep with your spoon!» She said and laughed along. A very pleasant and joyful experience! This place is marked for coming back.
