Alina C Lopo, MD PhD

Dr. Lopo is the worst doctor I have ever met. She has no compassion for elderly people and is of the philosophy that you should just let them go when they are elderly and not even try to do what is necessary to make them live a full life. My mothers kidneys were going out and she told me to just let her go. It will be 2 weeks without kidneys and she will be gone. This is a women who had all her awareness and was in fairly good health until this happened. Dr. Lopo never let the family know anything about this problem even though we were very involved with my mothers health. My mother wanted to live not to die. She was looking forward to going to her granddaughters wedding and even said she would make it. How heartless can a doctor be. I don’t care how she has pushed herself in this field when it comes right down to it she is a heartless person.

She is extremely well-​respected by her colleagues and serves on several committees at Tarzana Hospital. Dr. Lopo is a strong, confident woman with tremendous empathy and a wonderful sense of humor which only enhances her medical expertise. In addition, she has her own line of skin care products that are phenomonal along with an on-​site aesthetician to provide facials and massages. Dr. Lopo’s office staff is truly outstanding as well which helps make the experience of visiting the doctor an extremely pleasant one.

If you are looking for a doctor that is straight forward and tells it like it is this is the place for you. I love the fact that she holds nothing back and doesn’t sugar coat. things I pay extra to be part of her concierge program which allow me ²⁴⁄₇ access to her. Dr. lopo has started a new skin care line that is awesome and now she offers botox at a reasonable price.
