Dunkin Donut’s

Coffee is never hot and anything as far as food is always terrible. They have stepped up in the customer service area but I just can’t order from here anymore.

6 employees yet a line out the door. Shift manager Jenny Y waited on me. She entered a different croissant than I’d ordered. She sighed deeply when I corrected her, never apologized. Then she entered the wrong price. I gently explained they were 3.29 each.
She refused to correct it. I laughed and pointed to the advertised price.
Then, shocking me and the people behind me, she called me «retarded».
I asked for a receipt twice before I was provided with one.
Serves me right for venturing over county lines!
Avoid this location and Jenny W like the plague.

This location has the WORST customer service and they are ALWAYS out of everything! No napkins one day, no cups the next… Today I was told they were out of iced coffee… really? how do you run out of coffee? When I asked, isn’t it just coffee poured over ice? The RUDEST girl responded with complete attitude… yeah, what else do you want… I said never mind and drove away. I’ve complained to their corporate office before, and it goes ignored. I know several people who call in complaints all the time. All they do is send you coupons for a free latte, and nothing changes… My favorite experience at this location was when the MANAGER was working at the drive thru window, and as I sat there waiting for my order, he was fighting with an employee because she was saying her paycheck was stolen by someone else who worked there. If that’s the example management sets for their employees, it’s no wonder… I will NEVER go back to this location again!

Hands down worst customer service ever. There’s one good worker that’s there on occasion otherwise they are complete boneheads. I once had to repeat my order (a coffee of some sort and donut) FOUR times before the guy got it correct. they’re also always out of everything.

Good place to hit up for cheap coffee. They have 1 $ ice coffee before 6 but way to much caffeine for me. They seem to run outta all their donuts fast and early its slim pic-​kins by the time I get there. :(Clean and in a good location and they also have a drive through which beats getting outta the car when its freezing cold.

Great coffee and donuts. But it is like being in the arctic tundra in there. Bring a down coat or the very least a light sweater.

My choice still stands on dunkin’ donuts over crispy cream~ I like the colorful logo, but their donuts are always fresh, and many to choose from. my personal favorites are glazed, vanilla pudding filled, any flavor iced with sprinkles, and powdered with pudding filling. whip cream filling is pretty good too. their breakfast sandwhiches are amazing too. bacon and cheese bagel sandwiches are my favorite breakfast item with a donut for dessert, and crisp cold orange juice! When I was a little kid, they always let me sample a piece too~

Service was friendly, doughnuts were DD as expected. The munchkins were good and moist as we’re all the doughnuts we got. Tea water was hot. We had an overall good experience and will go back.

Now that I am regularly this far up the Allegheny, I am thrilled to find a new DD with drive thru window service.
So far, the service has been friendly and quick. Although my coffee order was wrong tonight, it was immediately corrected with a smile an apology. I can’t ask for more than that since we all make mistakes sometime.
