Beautiful, elegantly designed store with wonderful, personable staff. Megan at the register in the clothing shop was so accommodating the minute I walked in, offering me tea or coffee. She also showed me the sale rack and let me comfortably browse the store.
I scheduled a hair appointment with Eliza for a root touchup next door. She did an amazing job. I was so surprised that she used an organic color line too! Had a great Saturday at Substance. Thank you! Love how my hair looks right now.

This is one of the coolest new shops in Taos. Well, it’s not really new but they have recently moved into a new location and a brand new look. This is a fun shopping experience with a big-​city boutique selection but with small town charm.
