I went to KFC the other night to get food for me and my boyfriend. I went through the drive thru and waited for about ten minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there. So I drove up to the window and still was ignore for about another ten minutes. I was furious about the customer service and started to drive away, and through the window, I could see the only cashier standing there with headphones on and giving all her attention to her phone. I couldn’t not believe how rude I was treated and ignored. I usually would recommend KFC but I will not recommend going there just to get bad service.
