This place is THE place to go. They have trail maps, bikes for purchase(free shipping…) or rent, all kinds of service and gear. Rented a mountain bike for the long weekend and had the best time. Took the owners’(Darren and Aphra, who basically live and breathe biking) advice to go to an easy trail to check things out(we chose Rift Valley), then, given their advice about folks missing the turn, we did some hiking reconnaissance on South Boundary Trail(to make sure we didn’t come down the hard way, rather than Ojitos). Although skeptical, I also fell for Aphra’s extreme enthusiasm for Angel Fire downhilling. SHEWASSORIGHT. Wow. So hooked. The following day Darren shuttled us to Garcia Park to ride South Boundary Trail. Worth it. We’ll be back at first opportunity!

Amazing helpful knowledgable and skilled experience. These guys are the best: mechanical, trail advice, gear, ride — you name it. Ask owner Darren about shuttle services to interesting trailheads, such as South Boundary.

We had a nice experience here, even though we didn’t end up buying anything. Darren gave us some good traveling tips and did his best to explain why bikes are not allowed on Indian roads, particularly the one to Taos Pueblo. Thanks, Darren!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought my mountain bike here and got a free tune up one month later. Great guys.

We rented a tandem bicycle from these guys and they were great. They showed us a great route, set up the bike for us and were the most friendly bike shop folks I’ve run across(no tatoos or enormous piercings in sight!).
